“Location is perfect of if you are going to an event at Met Life Stadium. We stayed here for the Ed Sheeran Concert. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. Should definitely pre-pay because it's half the price. The French Toast was delicious. Only negative is the pillows. They weren't comfortable”

“I stayed at this hotel long-term and had a positive experience overall. The area is excellent — safe, comfortable, and quiet. The staff are friendly and professional, and the manager truly makes an effort to assist guests and handle requests and issues with care and respect. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and well maintained, which made long-term stays much easier. The suites include a kitchen and a full-size refrigerator, and kitchen supplies are also provided upon request, which is very useful for extended stays. The grab-and-go breakfast is simple but helpful and suitable for busy mornings. Having laundry facilities inside the building was also very convenient, as well as vending machines for snacks and drinks. The beds, mattresses, and TVs also appear to have been recently updated, which has improved the comfort of the stay. Overall, the hotel has a calm and pleasant atmosphere and is a great option for anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay, especially for longer-term visits.”

“Very good value for the price. The location is very central and convenient for visiting most of New York’s main tourist attractions. They also have filtered water available on the ground floor if you’re not a fan of NYC tap water. The staff was always friendly and attentive, and for a 4-star hotel, I think it delivers exactly what you would expect no less, no more. One feature I really enjoyed was the outdoor terrace-style balconies available from the 19th to the 26th floors, which are great for having a coffee, a drink, or a smoke while enjoying the view. Overall, a very good option for staying in NYC.”

I had several packages shipped there prior to my arrival without issue and they even made accommodations on my ill-timed oversize delivery, given their limited space and high volume of guests. Rooms were clean, elevators were fast, free breakfast (packed in the morning) and coffee & tea was available throughout the day. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking to visit the downtown Brooklyn area (Fulton St, City Point) and its close proximity to Manhattan via Manhattan bridge or Brooklyn bridge (both walkable, if you don't mind exploring on foot). Would definitely stay again in the future!”

“Wonderful experience with 1st class service! We were in NYC for a family wedding. The hotel, dining room ,and venue on 2nd floor provides an elegant ambiance with a traditional touch. For dining, Id recommend the beef wellington, along with literally any Italian dishes. You can enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine,outside at either The Bowery (2nd Fl.) or Lobby Terrace. Historic! Nothing but class!”

“The Blue Moon hotel feels like you have traveled back in time the moment you step inside the lobby. The hotel was clean, rooms were lovely and spacious, for a NYC hotel. This is a historic, family run hotel, so don’t expect fancy amenities, although our room was equipped with a small fridge, burner and sink on an ample size counter, and you can order your fridge pre-stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Located right across the street from the Tenement Museum. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed at the NH Collection New York Madison Avenue over US Open weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and we truly had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I called the hotel the day before our arrival to let them know we were celebrating and asked if they could help me arrange a small surprise for my boyfriend with a bottle of Prosecco and dessert. The team went above and beyond to help me put everything together and make our arrival feel special. They were also incredibly accommodating with an early check-in, and when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised to find out that they had upgraded us to an even nicer suite. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our anniversary weekend that much more memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service throughout our stay. We felt genuinely taken care of from the moment we arrived. We absolutely loved our stay and already can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in New York. Highly recommend!”

“I have never written a google review but this is a well deserved one. I stayed there March 12-14th (two nights) the hotel was a 5 minute walking distance to a near by subway which was so convenient for getting around, we walked to the brooklyn bridge from the hotel about 15 minute walk, we also walked to the ferry for the statue of liberty about 18 minutes from the hotel, the famous Joes pizza which was amazing was about about 5 minute walk. The staff was amazing, we got vouchers for breakfast at Felice restaurant downstairs which was delicious! the vouchers offered coffee, orange juice, french toast, eggs with bacon and potatoes etc. The staff at Felices even brought a piece of tiramisu with a candle to celebrate my partner’s birthday which was so thoughtful. The hotel was super clean. Our flight was at 9:25pm and they holded our bags for no extra cost so we could go and enjoy the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely be coming back!”

“We stayed at the pearl hotel over Labor Day weekend and had two rooms reserved for 4 people. The rooms were huge by Manhattan standards, clean, and comfortable. The really outstanding part was the service. Samantha from the front desk helped me with a hiccup in my reservation that would originally not allow the other guests arriving before me to check in under my reservation. She talked me through changing reservations on the phone and reassured that check in would not be a problem for the other guests after the change. Everything went smoothly and we had an amazing time while we there. Would definitely stay here again if looking for an accommodation near Times Square while still having comfort and quiet to recharge for exploring the city. Thank you!”
