“When we first found Joe Grato online, we were extremely early in our house search. We were looking for a pre-approval and decided to see what brokers had the best reviews and called a few. Joe immediately stood out; he was straightforward, honest, and immediately started coaching us about the process we had ahead of us. He did not sugarcoat anything and honestly felt like a family member telling you what you should hear, not what you want to hear. This industry is filled with some shady characters that see you as a dollar sign, and Joe couldn’t be any more different. There were times when this whole process seemed daunting or even impossible and Joe was there to make us laugh or reassure us that everything was going to be okay. You can’t expect this level of character in any business relationship, but this is why Joe is a level above everyone in this industry.
We had so many questions for Joe that at times my wife and I were worried that we were being annoying. Joe answered them all, even questions that weren’t related to our mortgage. I really just believe he is a good person, and he wanted to see us succeed. This process as a first-time buyer is terrifying, and Joe was a guiding light for us the entire time. I think we could have missed out on a great opportunity if we didn’t have Joe Grato in our corner.
So you are probably reading this thinking, “Well, Joe seems nice and all, but mortgages are about the interest rate first and foremost.” The thing is, Joe got us an excellent rate and timed the market perfectly. So perfectly that the rates jumped the next day and haven’t returned to those levels since. You can’t expect anyone to time the market perfectly or know exactly when to strike, but in our case, we are so happy with the way things turned out. I can tell you this: I know he didn’t have to stay late in this office that night to lock in the rate, but he did because he puts his buyers first.
Joe wasn’t recommended to us by anyone; We stumbled upon a review just like this online. So maybe if another first-time buyer finds this, they will go with Joe and have the same amazing experience that we did. I can’t recommend Joe enough, and I’m so happy that I decided to go with AmeriDream Home Loans.”

“If you're in search of a loan officer, definitely reach out to Michal Cruz! Him and his team was very response and will guide you through the process. Going through closing is very stressful, but Mike and his team was always available. If they miss your call they'll return it asap. They will also give you access to their connections which was also amazing. You won't have to shop around for inspectors and appraisals. You don't have to use them but I did and the rates were really competitive. It's good to know that you have a great team to support and guide you through the entire process. If you're not in NJ that's fine the provide services to PA as well as other states, I just can't remember which other states. Reach out and find out if you can have this amazing team in your corner.”
