“They are always very kind and welcoming here! I've been coming to this bank my entire life. The only problem that I have is that their ATM doesn't accept deposits while other Spencer Savings Bank branch location's ATMs do accept deposits. It can become a bit of an inconvenience if I want to deposit cash outside of business hours. Other than that, I am thoroughly satisfied with their service.”

“I bank with TD, and at this location they used to have an ATM next door, but it was removed. Since I don’t have a TD branch in my area that I can easily get to, I ended up going next door to Citizens to open an account.
I was already in a bad mood because I was thinking, “Great, now I have to open a whole new bank account!” But honestly, this was one of the easiest and most carefree banking experiences I’ve ever had.
TD - at least 25 minutes just to reach the front desk, let alone actually speak with a clerk. At Citizens, I was seen within two seconds. The woman Rosana Quiroga who helped me was absolutely lovely. She answered all of my questions, followed up on everything I asked about, and helped me set up my online account right there on the spot. Genuinely just a really nice helpful person.
The account is a great deal too, it honestly has way less stipulations than TD puts on a normal checking account.
The only thing I wish Citizens offered were more branch’s and safety deposit boxes! That’s really the only thing keeping me from considering having just one account here. Other than that,
pleasantly surprised by how easy the entire process was.”
