“I had a great experience at Quality Auto Mall. I went in after a day of texting back-and-forth with Paul. I was coming after his shift so he set me up with Jorge. I knew what I wanted, and I was immediately shown 3 of the models and was able to test drive one. I had my mind made up after a 5 minute negotiation. There were no sales tricks (which I have dealt with before at 2 other NJ dealers), no dealer required add-ons, etc. only a very reasonable $599 doc fee. I willingly paid a small market adjustment for a rare car that was a fair price to me. You might be wondering why I'd recommend a place that charges a market adjustment. You can't get this vehicle without an adjustment anywhere and after our deal, I paid what I would have paid for next year's already announced model with some options that are no longer included. If you want to buy a car, I highly recommend Quality Auto Mall. You can be in an out in an hour if you know what you want, what you don't want, and can articulate that. Less people would be clamoring for direct to consumer sales if all dealerships operated this effectively. I look forward to sharing my experience with friends and family.”
