“Our stay at Saddle Brook was absolutely perfect for a fast-paced trip. The room was clean and functional, containing all the supplies and space needed to unpack, organize, and repack. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, providing great insight and advice, particularly for public transport in the surrounding area. Wrapping up our stay with a delicious breakfast was the best thing before spending the day in the city. Thank you!!”

“We stayed at Hotel Scherman on a family trip to NYC, and the two-bedroom suite (Room 402) was absolutely perfect for us. It was surprisingly spacious and spotless, with a comfortable living area, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large outdoor balcony. The kitchenette was well equipped with a Keurig, a small fridge with a freezer, a microwave (in a cabinet), plates, cups, mugs, silverware, and a wine opener.

We also loved the rooftop balcony on the 5th floor for the views, and the continental breakfast was solid, especially the croissants and hard-boiled eggs, which we enjoyed every morning. The location can’t be beat: close to great restaurants, shows, Times Square, and subway stations.

I would absolutely stay at Hotel Scherman again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in New York City.”

“Great location near to Times square, Broadway, Restaurant Row and within walking distance of 5th avenue. Close to several subway entrances.
The rooms are a decent size for a base, with a TV, small fridge and a hairdryer. Breakfast included. Was as quiet at night as could be, could hear sirens when they went off but other than that was quiet with traffic”

“From the warm, friendly reception I received upon walking through the door, my experience at The Pearl Hotel was exceptional in every way. Every employee was a consummate professional as well as being genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. To a person, all of the staff seemed so happy to be working there and did everything to make my stay easy and comfortable. My room was spacious and beautiful with every amenity imaginable. It was immaculately clean with plenty of towels. The huge rainfall shower made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise under a waterfall. I loved that my room overlooked a gorgeous cathedral. The room darkening shades are so efficient that they let no city lights in and I slept luxuriously much later than usual. To all the amazing staff: Thank you so much for a very memorable visit!”

“We loved this hotel. The service was excellent. They were beyond helpful, kind and friendly through our whole stay. The location is calm and upscale. The Fine Hotels and Resorts benefits with American Express are great. Our room definitely needed some upgrades. It showed a lot of wear from the years. However, the room was still very comfortable but lost in its sense of luxury due to the wear. It was kind of a bummer but wouldn’t deter me from staying there again. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!”

“Extremely appreciative of the front desk staff (didn’t catch her name!) for letting me check in a few hours early to my room :) This hotel was great for my trip for just needing somewhere to crash for the night. Close to the Subway, Grand Central and not far from Times Square.”

“I had the most wonderful stay at the Baccarat following a brief stop in NYC after returning from Paris. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth and attentive care.A special thank-you to Shawn at check-in—his charismatic and gracious demeanor set the perfect tone for my visit. The service throughout my stay was flawless—attentive, thoughtful, and always accompanied by a sincere smile from every member of the team. My room was beautifully appointed, capturing that signature Parisian elegance, and every detail felt effortless and refined. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but honestly, it was hard to leave the comfort and beauty of the hotel itself. Breakfast fromroom service was perfection, and the restaurant and bar alone are worth a visit. I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Many thanks to Shawn, Sharia, Babou, and the entire team for making my New York stay so special. I truly can’t wait to return!”

“Perhaps my expectations were too high but I was left feeling disappointed by my experience. My room had a dirty towel, no soap at the sink, and the room key from the prior occupant was left behind. There was also an odd high pitched hum in the room that went in and out day and night. Overall, the hotel is nice and the room is nice, but the little things were off.”

“I went here for cocktails and a light dinner. Beautifully decorated, comfortable seating, attentive servers, good atmosphere and not too noisy for conversation. I had a Spicy Margarita with a guacamole and chips bar snack. For main I had the Ora King Salmon with sweet potato mash and curried chic peas. Would definitely recommend a visit.”

“My wife and I visited The Lowell Hotel in Upper East Manhattan to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary, and the Lily of the Valley Afternoon Tea, a collaboration between The Lowell and Dior Maison by the Majorelle team, was truly unforgettable.

We’ve experienced several popular afternoon teas in the city, but this one stood out in every way. The presentation, food, and tea were all exquisite, and the floral arrangements were absolutely stunning—fitting, since my wife is a florist and a longtime admirer of Dior.

What truly set this experience apart was the hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and cared for. Jessica, the hostess, went above and beyond by graciously accommodating a last-minute change to our reservation and later stopping by our table to make sure everything was perfect. We had a lovely chat with her about how genuine hospitality can elevate an experience, and this afternoon was the perfect example of that. Fabio, our server, was also wonderful—attentive, kind, and professional throughout.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. It was elegant, intimate, and deeply memorable—an afternoon that beautifully blended art, floristry, and timeless luxury. I’m so glad we chose to celebrate here.”

“Well located, good service, be careful, they do not have a stove in the room but they do have a microwave, refrigerator and what is necessary to say a small kitchen without a kitchen ?. If you have the opportunity go, it is a very good hotel”

“"Never meet your heroes", they say. The basis of course is people and things rarely live up to the hype. The Plaza does. Kevin McAllister was right to hold up here over Christmas. The location itself is perfectly situated in both the heart of New York (Central Park) and businesses, big and small, within arm's reach. The building itself could have gone to the way of ancient ruins and lived on the memories of what was and not what is. Instead, the building itself has been immaculately preserved and, in our case, remodeled with a nod to its original glory. What is all this glory without service. There is no slippage there either. We got a sense of the bespoke experience before our trip, dealing with customer service by phone. From that point forward, we have been met with a constant expressions of attention to detail and service. I still don't know what our butler does but should the need ever arise, I know he's a push of a button away. I don't know if I could stay anywhere else in the city ever again.”

“I stayed at the New York Hilton Midtown for two nights and had a good overall experience. Check-in was friendly, and staff were helpful when I asked to change rooms so I could have a bathtub. Housekeeping was attentive, and the restaurant staff were thoughtful, even offering bottled water without me asking. I appreciated the service and small touches that made the stay comfortable.”

“I highly recommend staying at the Warwick New York Hotel. My friend and I chose Warwick because we genuinely trusted that we would have a wonderful and memorable experience and that is exactly what we received ?

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations, especially the exceptional level of service. We had the absolute pleasure of interacting with an outstanding team, and in particular with Alain ❤️. Alain is an incredible manager professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. This five-star review is especially dedicated to him, as he supported us during a moment when we truly needed assistance. He handled the situation promptly, efficiently, and with great care, and resolved it in a very short time.

We are deeply grateful to Alain, as well as to the front desk team, for their professionalism, warmth, and dedication. Their hospitality made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. Warwick New York Hotel is a place we would gladly return to and recommend without hesitation.”

“The M Social Hotel in New York, located in the heart of Times Square, offered an excellent overall experience. We stayed on the 33rd floor in a very comfortable and well-designed room with a stunning panoramic view of the city, which was truly breathtaking. The hotel’s location is ideal, as it is very close to Times Square and provides easy access to all major attractions, while at the same time feeling safe at all hours. The room and all common areas were exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more pleasant. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good and of high quality, although it is available at an additional cost. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, an amazing view, and a prime location, and it fully deserves a five-star rating.”

“We loved our stay at the time! Perfect location for our mother daughter NYC adventure. Easy walking access to broadway shows, shopping at Rockefeller, and Times Square. 2 stops on the subway to go to Lincoln center. Such a perfect home base for our days walking around. Rooms were clean and well-kept.”

“We had a work event here and it was fantastic. Plenty of space and the atmosphere was immaculate. The mirrors in the room were a great touch and the veiw of central park was great. The food was amazing I could go on and on about the sliders or crab cakes, OR the perfect Tuna tartar. But the bottom line is clearly the food was well crafted and the flavor profiles were well conceived and executed. All of the staff were great, professional and polite. But a big shout out to Bridget who was wonderful and handled tending for a room full of attorneys with amazing candor and grace.”

“Very Clean room and bathroom. Roomy stand up shower. In room with king size bed there was a fridge and microwave in addition to small amenities like coffee maker and blow dryer. There’s a pull out desk area with plenty of light and electrical outlets. WiFi is free and works well. Check in and check out were very easy with friendly staff. It is a little noisy from outside at night but not bad, if you’re really sensitive bring ear plugs and it’ll be fine. Plenty parking free and available in the parking garage attached to building. Hotel itself is a little hard to notice at first but it’s in a convenient location to get to nyc and only 5 minute drive to the meadowlands expo center. Over all, good value for price.

Rooms: Includes fridge and microwave”

“We went here for a social event but did not stay. It is really a very beautiful hotel from what we saw: lobby, bathrooms, conference rooms, common areas. Staff was very helpful. There was a restaurant called Finch and a bar but we didn't use either.”

“Its perfectly located, two blocks for central park, subway and 50 locations to eat.
I feel that Newyorkers at this time around they dont really care, no cordiality. For something with tips were included, we didnt enjoy the experience. (Elevators are really slow)”

“Budget friendly and close to Manhattan (it's the first bus stop out of the Lincoln Tunnel). The bathrooms are shared, so bring shower shoes. Window AC units work great. This is optimal for solo travelers because it is a good value and close to where you want to be. All the locks are electronic combination doors, so keep your phone with you just in case you need to call or look up a message from mgmt. Might stay again under right circumstances.”
