“My daughter is very sensitive and hates bloodwork. We needed the bloodwork for her really badly. Two ladies who worked today (Friday 9th) were able to still do the bloodwork on her; they were amazing, professional and very friendly with my daughter and with us parents, even though she gave them a hard time. One of them distracted her with funny talk that helped to relax and draw the required amount of blood. On a separate note, I go there for bloodwork myself and all the stuff is always friendly. But today was a special day.Thank you!!!”

“Dr Battista and his office is simply the best there is. Every staff member is exceptional from the front desk, nurses and both doctors. As my 18 year old gets older it’s nice to also have a woman doctor, Dr C to discuss sensitive issues and she is less embarrassed.Today I called at 4:09, two days before Christmas when I’m sure everyone wanted to get home. My son had sudden ear pain and we were told to come in right away. We were in and out within 45 minutes of my initial phone call and Dr B was his amazing, kind self!! It’s obvious their patients are their top priority.I always find it amazing with the large patient base they have, the doctors always remember tiny details to make the kids feel like they are their #1 patient.Not only do my kids go to Dr B and Dr C but 4 other nieces/nephews as well as a bunch of friends.I can’t thank this practice enough for their kindness and knowledge.”

“Just had my blood test in this facility for the first time. It was the least painful (painless) experience in my 10 years of getting blood tests in hospitals etc. Rubber band tightening was rubbing my skin a bit (not a big deal) . Overall it was perfect.Touch screen check-in was simple and efficient. I scheduled the appointment on my phone around 9:30 and had test at 11:30.I only wish there were bigger and clearer signs to (currently it's just board on the first floor with multiple Doctors, Offices and Quest Diagnostics closer to the end i missed at first and thought i got wrong address)”

“What a great location. I missed my spot by over a half hour and had to enter as a walk-in. Even though the estimated time was 90 minutes, they called me after about 10 minutes of waiting. Schedule your appt and show up on time. It’s really simple for those complaining about the process. The technician was super sweet and helped relax me. I was thoroughly surprised by this facility. But maybe put out some plants or something. The waiting room feels dry and cold. Spruce things up.”

“Gave blood work this morning. Arrived a little before 11am and was a bit frustrated that the next available appointment was at 1:10pm. Nonetheless, I created the reservations and sat in my car making phone calls until timeframe. I arrived for my appointment at 12:40 and was seen within 5 minutes by Raina. Rainas customer service was exceptional she welcomed me with a smile and was very gentle and respectful.To avoid any issues I can’t stress enough to not use the walk-in option do yourself the favor and reserve ahead of time. (Way too many upset people in the waiting room who didn’t make reservations ahead of time) you can do this online or using the app.”

“I live on the upper West side but this was the area I chose to go to because I could just take the 96 street crosstown bus and then walk a few blocks down. The place is very small but I got there about a half hour too early and this lovely technician took my information before I even had a chance to check in with the kiosk and then took me immediately after and the whole thing took about 10 minutes and then I was out, so it went really really well and she was very pleasant. The place could use a little spritzing up and look a little more cheerful is all really I have to say as far as improvements because the place is very small so if there are a lot of people, you might want to choose to wait outside.”
“I owe a debt of gratitude to the team at Alaine Diagnostic's New Jersey location. Just weeks prior to departing for a long-planned vacation with three other couples that involved international travel, my fiancée and I came down with COVID-19. The country where we were traveling to had extremely strict testing and documentation requirements for individuals who had contracted COVID-19 within 9 months of travel. According to our main contact at Alaine, these were some of the most stringent requirements they had seen, involving a deeper look into PCR analytical data (the CT number) to demonstrate our respective recoveries from the COVID-19 infection. Daniel at Alaine went the extra mile to provide the additional analytical detail (atypical of routine PCR testing requirements) to furnish us with the documentation required by our destination country's governing body. I should add that due to a very limited time window permitted by the government from the time of testing to arrival in the country, we had to test on a Sunday and Alaine actually conducts testing on Sundays.
