“Nice people. Fast loading. Don't come after 3pm. Last truck at that time. Had 230 appt got there 245 , out by 330-345 cuz had to wait for dispatch to fax alcohol permit before getting loaded, so not they fault. Plenty room to maneuver.”

“was very pleased with the cross-country move that AIO did for my daughter. I spoke with Steve, who was excellent in explaining the process and who encouraged me to seek quotes from other movers to compare. At the end of the day, I chose AIO because of Steve's integrity and honesty.
The icing on the cake was AIO's moving crew. Though I was on the other side of the country, the movers were on time and very helpful to daughter. Though her belongs were small and took up less than an eighth of the truck size space, they treated it with the same care as a full sized move.
We were flexible with the delivery window. They gave us a two to three week window for the cross country move. And AIO delivered on-time and within budget.
The only suggestion I have for AIO is to have some sort of online tracking of the move, similar to FedEx or UPS. With today's technology and apps this should be fairly easy to implement. And it would have earned a 5 star rating.
