If you are looking for a great mechanic, who will tell you like it is, you should go here. I just had an old car checked out and the only thing that needed to be replaced were the tires that were several years old. I mentioned that I was thinking about getting new ones from Costco and they told me that was a great idea. And he told me that I didn't need to replace this and that for another year, two years, etc. He tells it like it is.”

“My car had sustained some fairly significant damage when I hit something in the road. Mike and Joe were very considerate and understanding. They explained what needed to be fixed and explained why those repairs were necessary for my car to run safely. They also saved the parts that were damaged to show me what was wrong. Where they went beyond the call of duty was in reassuring me that I had done the right thing in hitting the object (despite the damages) since swerving would have necessitated hitting other cars or the median divider. I realize that this was common sense, but I know they both sensed that I was upset with the damage I had caused, and they went out of their way to reassure me. Mike and Joe are the reason I keep returning to Firestone in Saddlebrook.”
