“Biotech is one of the most professional nursing skilled people I have dealt with. I had to get a Vyept Infusion in the neurologist office. He did not have the infusion center set up. I felt really bad for Nurse because it took us 2 1/2 hours to do a 30 minute infusion. She was very professional very kind and then my second infusion is going to be done in my home which is good for me because I’m blind and I don’t drive. They are very good about working with your schedule understanding your needs and being professional and kind at the same time I would highly recommend these this company, Sherrie Phillips, Chesapeke, Virginia.”

“I was at Walmart today 2/17/26 ,I had a very pleasant and excellent experience it was around 3pm and the young lady I had was very knowledgeable and professional and courteous and helpful and friendly and patient. I had not met my deductible and she explained to me very patiently. I did not realize I had to pay that amount and then everything else falls in place. “I have went here a few times and it depends on when you go cause some staff can be really rude and some of the staff is really sweet..one time i walked in there to look at things and the worker kept following me around like i was up to something but wasnt and made me feel very uncomfortable.”
