“Biotech is one of the most professional nursing skilled people I have dealt with. I had to get a Vyept Infusion in the neurologist office. He did not have the infusion center set up. I felt really bad for Nurse because it took us 2 1/2 hours to do a 30 minute infusion. She was very professional very kind and then my second infusion is going to be done in my home which is good for me because I’m blind and I don’t drive. They are very good about working with your schedule understanding your needs and being professional and kind at the same time I would highly recommend these this company, Sherrie Phillips, Chesapeke, Virginia.”
“Good clean, place that specializes in bubble packs for agency, that support people with developmental disabilities. Like group homes or Direct Support Professionals jobs. They are quick and very responsive. They don’t make mistakes often but if is one they respond shifty. I’ve seen them go out their way to help stay open later and deliver meds when needed. They do a lot!!!!!!! Thank you guys for all that you do it’s not overlooked.”

“All of the employees are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. I love how I’m allowed to bring my dogs with me into the store. I’m older and disabled which means I don’t get out of my house very often and my dogs never see anyone but me. So, we always have a positive experience when going to my Rite Aid.”

“Walgreens has remodeled the outside, and I've used this store for 20 yrs. recently I've been using others to refill my prescriptions and have discovered what a hidden gem I have here. Yes, there are sometimes vagrants outside, but I've seen worse at other WGs in "better" areas! The staff here is ALWAYS helpful. The pharmacist, Paul, is wonderful. He goes above and beyond to help. It's not always well-organized and not as large as others, and doesn't have a drive thru, but it can't be beat for good ol' fashioned SERVICE. At other WGs I have been left frustrated and inconvenienced.”
“The Tom's in the pharmacy are great. Yes, there are two Tom's and both very helpful and willing to do so. Rest of the pharmacy staff also doing a fine job. Other departments throughout the store have helpful staff and managment tries to satisfy and rectify customer concerns. Decent store. No complaints from me.”

“I visited here on 6/13/23 between 7:00pm and 8:00pm and I just want to say that the two individuals working, both the gentleman behind the counter and the security guard were absolutely amazing. I have been trying to use these OTC cards and have run into nothing but trouble with them. Originally I tried to use them at Walmart on Wilton Blvd the day before and the associate at customer service was rude and very disrespectful and completely unwilling to help me. The gentleman working behind the counter at this Walgreens was nice, patient and helpful. Very understanding that my husband and I were new to these cards and what exactly they covered. We were trying to get diapers for our younger children and he wouldn’t stop helping us until we were able to pay for them with these cards. The security guard was just a very friendly man. Talked to me and was sympathetic to the issues we were having. A woman customer walked up to be helped while we were trying to figure out the cards and I asked if they could take her first and she was so sweet and also understanding and she expressed she had a picture to get as well. Just an overall excellent experience and unfortunately people are always too willing to share negative experiences but not the good. I wish I had gotten the associate and security guards names. They deserve something for the excellent demeanor. Anyways, just wanted to share. Thank you both again!”

“Yes, they are busy but not too bad. The pharmacist and techs are helpful when I call them. They don't act like you are imposing on their time! Plus, walmart pharmacy has better hours then Costco and that is most helpful when you need to pick up a refill before church or even after ?Do yourself a favor and use this pharmacy because who doesn't have something they can pick up while at Wal-Mart?Jesus loves you and has a good plan for your life.
