“Andrew (Maintenance Manager) is an asset to their apartment complex. He is courteous, returns phone calls/texts in a timely fashion and is punctual whenever you are meeting him at your apartment. I would hire Andrew at my Apartment Complex if I was making the decision to hire a Maintenance Manager.

“We have lived at Plaza Square for over 3 years and we can't express how much we love it here. Melissa Payton and her great staff have weathered a difficult renovation period with professionalism and great care. The place is gorgeous and the amenities are plentiful The spacious apartments have been beautifully renovated and these same apartments in NY or LA would command 200% more the leasing rate we pay here. The is a great sense of community and a great feeling of safety. The beautiful pool to the great gym, the lounge to the concierge are all high end and maintained impeccably. Ultimately though, it is Melissa and the great staff that really makes this HOME and not just a place to live.- Ladd Boris and David Gatto”

“I stayed at the apartments for close to years and have found the place really awesome. Apartments, property and the area is beautiful, clean and safe. Specially, Tyhesha Evans and Mario are 2 amazing people who make sure that all the tenants are living comfortably in the apartments. I highly recommend staying at Parktowne apartments.”

“After just moving in a few months ago, we can truly say that we feel completely at home in these beautiful apartments! We live in a safe/quiet building, in an extremely large unit, with tons of natural light, beautiful crown molding, and best of all in-unit laundry. We’ve found that everyone living here is extremely friendly, and have noticed that the grounds are kept impeccably clean. The building is within easy walking distance to the train, downtown area, farmers market, and the amazing greenway which space for miles! The only downsides to living here include the difficult parking situation (on weekends mainly). Only one designated spot is provided per unit and being next to an extremely popular restaurant, those patrons often take up the extra parking in front of the building leaving us residents with two cars few options for parking. In addition, this building also does not have an elevator (odd being that it was only built a few years ago). Overall though, we absolutely love the building, the location and and the convenience to everything one might need!”
“I lived in Orchard Gardens for the past three years and I had a wonderful time here! The community is quiet and well-maintained. They have very spacious apartments and also the parking is free. The location is definitely a bonus--within walking distance to the Donaldson park, 5 min drive to H-mart and many other great Chinese and Korean restaurants, 10 min drive to the Edison train station. If you work at Rutgers, this place is extremely convenient.
Also, a special shout-out to Tyhesha! She is always super responsive and considerate.”
“The whole team goes over and above the call of duty! Arman and Lia are very proactive to make sure the community runs smoothly! Maintenance is top notch and always has a solution. It’s a group effort and I’m very appreciative that they care so much about the residents and always respond in a timely manner. “By far one of The best maintenance staff I’ve ever met , Very friendly and welcoming . I’ve lived in two other complex developments and always had problems with response times and things getting fixed. I can say that whenever I put in a ticket for my apartment the response time is within the same day or the next . Even outside making sure the property is clean and kept up .”

“My husband lived here for about 8 years before I moved in with him. After living 2 years together we grew out of the space and moved into a house. We loved how close these condos were to GSP and the Turnpike. There are so many stores around the general area, you'll pretty much find anything you need within a good 2-10 minute drive. There's also quick access to the local park through the trail in the woods which we loved to take advantage of daily. Great condos, never had any issues.”

“Love this place, been here 4 years. Like anywhere there some minor issues but they fix it quickly. The staff is friendly and there are always some activities going on. The neighborhood is peaceful. Bus to NYC is steps away and the ride to NYC is 45 minutes. If you are looking for a great place to rent. Select this place.”
“I've been here for my whole life and its pretty nice and the house is good but the shelf in the shower they put in there fell off and today the tub and sink filled with muck like sand thats dirty and smelly interpret that any way u want”

“I'm not in agreement with a lot of the reviews I've read about this complex. I moved in to the complex in 2018, never had a bug other than those million-legged critters coming from the woods. Neighbors, for the MOST part, are quiet and keep to themselves. I've never had an issue with the maintenance team or their process. Call in, she'll write up an order and give you a time range, I personally just tell them to use the key from the office and 'whatever' is fixed by the time I get home from work. NEVER an issue. Assigned parking would be a great amenity to have, but could possibly be a headache for such a big complex, so it is what it is. (Not too bad if you're getting home before 7 pm.) Aside from that You're not going to find a more spacious apartment for these prices anywhere.”
