We settled on a Tempur-Pedic mattress that my son loved immediately. I was also happy that the mattress could be delivered within 48 hours. The whole process was easy and my son loves the new mattress - I was a little worried about the breaking-in period with the Tempur-Pedic but he already told me he sleeps great on it!”

I was looking to try to buy another recliner to match the one my wife bought for me. Cynthia helped me find the right colored fabric and chair model, I asked her about a loveseat and she helped me choose one that would best fit in my living room.

“Better experience than a competitor mattress company. They provide a lay cloth! They had a bed match system that provides a list of about 5-6 ranges of brands that would help with your sleeping position. Linda was very helpful and when I told her my price point she didn't try to push me over. She gave me about 3 options within the recommended mattresses in my price range. I was very satisfied with the service and ability to shop at my own pace, I locked in on buying a mattress.”

“Obsessed with this Fletcher Power Sectional Recliner. I got it from this location and everything from customer service to delivery was exceptional. Richard was my sales associate that helped me with the whole process, but all the staff I’ve interacted with here were nice and helpful as well. Richard answered all my questions and made the whole decision so easy. The delivery was so quick and effortless. 10/10 service from start to finish. “Let me start with the fact that I NEVER write reviews and I went out of my way to write this one. I have been to probably 10 different furniture stores this past week and when I tell you to save yourself the headache and come to Michael’s FIRST, I mean it. You will have tons of options and he will keep it 100% real with you. I brought my wife in there and it was the only store that she was happy with the furniture selection and customer service from every employee. My wife explained to him what exact style we were going for and he brought us multiple different catalogues and found us exactly what she was looking for and all for better prices than anywhere else we’ve been shopping. I will be a customer for life and will most definitely make sure that my family and friends don’t make the mistake of going anywhere besides Michael’s. 5 Stars.”

buying chairs there are many to choose from that you can try on for size first.This has been the best investment of my life.
And is something I need on a daily basis after work. If you're having back problems, you'll owe it to yourself, to stop in and look around this will be one of the best decisions you've ever make it certainly was for me even years after the purchase, the owner is always there with any help or answers., you may have or need and he does this for the passion and the love of helping others.

“I could not have had a better experience working with a business than I had with Andrew at Opdyke Awning. He is thoroughly knowledgeable, personable, creative and honest. I can attest to the last trait, especially, because there was a miscommunication about my fabric choice. When we reviewed how each of us remembered this, he then readily recalled which fabric I had chosen and actually replaced my awning. Truly, I could not have been more impressed with the professional manner in which he handled what could have been a difficult situation.
The quality of the work is outstanding with careful attention to detail. The large awning has totally transformed our large deck, turning it into what feels like an extra room. Also, since western sun was a major problem, we debated the need for a rolldown for late afternoon. Not only was there no pressure to encourage me to buy this, but also Andrew suggested that I wait a few weeks and see how hot it gets. Ultimately, I did need it, but I was so pleased that I wasn’t compelled to add something that I didn’t need.
Andrew was so very pleasant discussing a major project like this. He patiently took me through his sample books and walked through options of how I could cover our L-shaped deck. Clearly, he is proud to carry on the Opdyke tradition of high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.”

“Just received our new "sexy leg" dining set (42x70 Maple table, expandable with 4 extra leaves to seat up to 12 people, Boston color finish, 6 upholstered chairs, twist leg design on the table and chairs) and already absolutely in love with it! The owners were incredibly patient with me and my husband as we were originally very indecisive with the style, wood, color, design, etc. They gave great recommendations given our space and personal asthetic, and listened to our requests to make a few custom changes to combine aspects we liked from different styles. Delivery and setup was easy to our Manhattan apartment. Looking forward to hosting meals with our family and friends and showing off our new table!”

The other business eventually (after 5 months) agreed to refund us but came right away to take the couch back leaving us with nowhere to sit!
