About Colony Motel
Colony Motel is a charming, cozy, and clean boutique motel in the nice and quiet north end of the boardwalk at Seaside Heights. Its location is great, right by the boardwalk and beach, with great proximity to other attractions. The staff and owners are extremely nice, very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They provide beach passes and take care of any issues. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and the services are very good. The price is moderate. Guests describe it as the nicest motel, a home away from home, and highly recommend it. The only noted downside is that the Wi-Fi is not strong. Many guests are already making plans to return.
The Colony Motel is the nicest motel I have ever stayed and I just want to let everyone know if you are going to seaside, stay here. The staff were so friendly and so accommodating.

The staff is extremely nice and welcoming and the room is very clean and cozy. It’s right by the boardwalk and beach which is perfect.

The owners are very nice people. Very welcoming and accommodating to your needs. The location is great for the beach (which they give you beach passes). Definitely have found a home away from home here at the Colony Motel! We will be back next year! Thank you for an amazing stay! Highly recommend this motel!
