“Me and my son had a great stay at the Franklin Terrace Motel in Seaside Heights. Very clean room. The owner is very kind and very helpful. We forgot our wallet and he mailed it back to us in Canada. Very honest of him. Five star!!!”

“Absolutely in love with this little gem of a hotel! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Everyone is really kind and chill. Just stayed two nights with my young son and we had a blast. Our original planned vacation got cut short due to a family emergency, so I came in a bit bummed we wouldn't be able to make the most of our time. But! The location is right next to the amusement park, water park, mini golf, boardwalk, beach, everything, so we were able to do even more than planned. Our rooms were simple but very clean and had excellent A/C. The pool was my six year old's favorite, I think it's bigger than other hotels in the area that I saw, large pool deck and lots of families with young kids splashing together, and it's open till 9. There's a CVS a block away and from our room we could see the sunrise and sunset. I also recommend Jimmy's Breakfast for a diner breakfast. Perfect mini-vacation, can't wait to come back.”

“Best motel in Seaside Heights! 1 block to the beach & boardwalk. 2 blocks to Casino Pier as well as Breakwater Beach Waterpark. Family friendly and the owners go above and beyond to help guide you to the best places to eat in town and outside of town.Rooms: Sunburst Motel has rooms that range from a King Bed to a Suite with 2 full beds with a living room and kitchenette. They also have BBQ gas grills on site which is a great feature and helps save families money on vacation.Walkability: This motel is perfectly located 1 block to the beach and boardwalk!”

SUPER GREAT location... nice rooms & fantastic pool, friendly staff with an owner who is a SEASIDE ICON & cares about his people ....for the better part of 20 years I've come to seaside with my children & family & stay at SKYVIEW... Most years I come multiple times... I've met life long friends ... treated like family & the appreciation shown for my continued patronage keeps me coming back year after year.... “Booked one night here during Labor Day and it was a quick getaway for myself.Room was clean and exactly what I needed for just me. I felt safe and management was friendly. I wasn't in my room much because I was visiting with friends elsewhere and out mostly the whole time.Great water pressure in the shower. Bed was comfy.Took a quick dip in the pool after beach time at Island Beach State Park. Pool was small, but did the trick for cooling off.Room next to me had a dirty cigarette bottle outside their door for a couple of days but at least it wasn't my room. LolOverall I was happy with my stay. Ohh and got a great last minute rate!!”

“You get what you pay for. The price was good for a place to sleep close to the board walk. Our room was clean and no bugs anywhere. The beds are stiff and pillows are flat. The whole place could use a little updating. If they put some minor work in, it could have way more potential. But like I said it's a place to sleep that was clean which is hard to find in seaside based on all the other reviews I've read. The staff was nice and available 24/7 with a phone number. Free parking for one car was also a plus.”

“The place was better than I expected from some of the reviews. It's a motel so I wasn't expecting too much. Check in was super easy, the front desk worker was very friendly and helpful. Got a decent parking spot, we just kept the car there because you can literally walk everywhere. I brought my own kitchenware, bedsheets, towels, toiletries. I wiped down everything with Clorox wipes and felt comfortable using everything after that. Everyone there was friendly, people hanging around pool were nice and it was pretty quiet. No complaints :)”

“Okay after reading previous reviews I was nervous. There's Covered parking it's a small motel this place is close to the boardwalk. The room we had was clean,shower was big enough and shower pressure is strong. The front office staff are friendly helpful.”

“Was there in sep for our yearly seaside heights stay. Amazing location and very friendly people. Stone throw away from beach. Lots of food options all around. I booked ground floor of their vacation home because of kitchen. Beds were comfortable but house was not great. Rooms of house were small with no closet space. Floor was sticky due to humidity probably. One air conditioner was missing front panel and window blinds were broken from multiple sides. Kitchen has no pans or utensils and when asked about, one employee just said they dont give. On checkout the owner told they do actually provide on asking so not sure what happened. We enjoyed the stay, parking was not a problem. Lots of places to eat near by. Overall was a ok stay, just house was a big turn off and not like any of our experiences before. Pool access is great.”

“We got placed here when we became homeless with no where else to go and couldn't be happier with the outcome! Such friendly, welcoming, warm hearted staff!! Always willing to help out and accommodate!!! This place quickly became our new temporary home & we could honestly consider the staff part of our distant family!!! Love this place!!! Definitely recommend staying here if you are in need of a home away from home feel!!”

“It's clean , a little old but they are working to improve it tremendously, you can smell the cleaning products when you get in the room. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Only problem I had was the lack of parking spaces. Unfortunately you have to get there at the right time to get a spot but there's plenty in the street. Linens are always clean. Tile floor (thank God) will not stay where there's carpets! So you can see the floors are clean. I'd stay here again 100 percent”
