Franklin Terrace Motel is a great place with a very clean room and an excellent location. It is very close to the boardwalk and the beach, just two blocks away, and near many restaurants and the arcade. The owner and staff are very kind, helpful, accommodating, and honest. Rooms are older but super clean, with good air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a mini microwave. It is reasonably priced and perfect for surf fishing nearby. Some sketchy characters stay there long term and can be loud at night, but it remains a great, low-key stay.
Excellent location, clean room & family friendly staff. Highly recommended for the family with kids.

Great place. If you go with expectations that you will get a very clean room with a great staff & excellent location. You will love this place. & reasonably priced. So happy I found them & will 💯 use them again.

Was very clean and nice. And perfect for us to surf fish right up the street from the motel. I would recommend it!!!
