“We've been coming to the Windjammer for 3 years now. Gem of a place. Is it the most updated place? No. But the rooms are clean and safe. We've stayed in the motel room as well as the suite. The pool is nice. Location is exceptional! 1 block off the beach. They provide beach tags and will let you keep them upon check out if necessary (and available). We love that it is in the middle of a residential area and thus the beaches are not crowded. And it's quiet. Downside, no restaurants (other than theirs) within walking distance. We have had good experiences with the front staff. They may be a little rough (especially if you are not front around the Philly/Jersey area), but they are great. Reminds me of going to the shore when I was young. We are going back again in August.”

“My family has been to quite a few shore hotels over the past few years, and this has by far been the best overall experience we have ever had.
First, and most importantly, I want to comment on the overall cleanliness of the hotel in general, and specifically the rooms. If you have stayed in beachside hotels down the shore, then you will know what I mean. There was no off-putting smell or bug carcasses to greet us when we walked into our room. The bathroom was immaculate, and the bedding linens and pillows were of a decent quality, not the cheap scratchy fabrics that many places have. The air conditioner was extremely effective and kept us comfortable.
The pool was also very well maintained, and kept at a comfortable temperature. They keep it extremely clean and clear, which my son and I appreciated. We enjoyed the pool twice daily on average during our stay.
The staff is very welcoming and happy to assist in meeting the needs of their guests.
Finally, the location is extremely convenient, as it is right across the street from the beach!
We will definitely be returning for years to come!”
