About Surfside Motel
Surfside Motel is a classic, iconic hotel right on the strip in Seaside, embodying the spirit of the town. Its location is fantastic and unbeatable, just one block or a one-minute walk from the boardwalk and a short walk to the beach, placing guests within easy walking distance of everything. The rooms are exactly what is needed for a beach trip. They are nice size, clean, and perfect for needs, typically equipped with a fridge, microwave, and ice-cold air conditioning. Beds are clean and comfortable. Some rooms feature a very big shower, though bathrooms can be small. The property includes a huge, heated pool that guests enjoy, though it shows some wear. The staff is amazing, very helpful, sweet, and accommodating. Service is excellent. The motel itself is a little outdated, and some repairs are needed in places, but it represents a really great price for what you pay. It offers an easy room in a great location, providing all you really want and need for a Seaside stay.
Room okay, pillows terrible for some reason. One block from boardwalk, but that also means loud people outside till at least 2am. Pool way to small. Need updated vending area, they have one soda machine and it doesn't take cards.

The staff was amazing. The fellow guests were all friendly, too. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The rooms were exactly what we needed to enjoy a weekend at the beach and boardwalk. The TV didn't work. It was really only a drag for the kids at night, but it wasn't the worst.

My kids had a great time at this motel. Very clean and appropriate for 18 year old boys.
