Unfortunately if I could give a zero I would. Ashley’s customer service is absolutely horrible. After spending thousands of dollars on a sofa and waiting months for it to be delivered, it was delivered missing parts. I called the customer service number after waiting even more time to be told that it was my fault and I should have refused the delivery. I was not given the option. The supervisor at customer service was actually rude and not helpful at all.

Johnny has been outstanding from beginning to the end. He provided superb customer service, and gave expert opinion on queen bedroom set and mattress for our daughter.
Thank you Johnny you made our long trips to Secaucus Ashley store worth it!

My boyfriend and I stopped at Ashley’s just to browse some couches and get an idea of what we wanted for our new apartment. We were not planning on buying anything that day. We were greeted at the door by Johnny, he showed us a multitude of selections, within our budget, in the color and style we wanted. He was welcoming and personable; at the end of the day we walked out with a beautiful couch and had amazing savings. It was more than we could’ve expected with our budget. We also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager Manny, who helped me convince my boyfriend to get the insurance on the couch. Overall, amazing team. Would 100% come back for future furniture needs.
ALSO, we totally made a mistake on the configuration of the couch and realized a day after placing the order, I reached out to Manny to see if we could change this, and within minutes he had Johnny reach out to us and changed the order to the correct configuration. Amazing, amazing, amazing.
The customer service will ALWAYS make a business stand out from the rest. I’m happy we were able to buy our dream couch on our first stop, no other stores or window shopping needed.

We spent a whole day at Ashley Store to find our dream couch. We received 10/10 personalised service from Santiago who went above and beyond to help us order the couch and purchase additional items throughout the week. We had to update our order last minute and Santiago made the whole experience effortless. We would highly recommend this store to others!

I was not paid to write this review. Rocky at Ashley Furniture is HANDS-DOWN THE BEST! He made buying furniture simple and easy, and he was able to quickly sense my taste in color and style with regard to the couch sectional I was looking for.

I give my delivery team 5 stars. They were great!
But the store didn't place my order correctly. I ordered a 3 piece sectional and they put in 3 pieces as end pieces instead of giving me a middle piece. Waiting for them to call me back and get this resolved.

Petition to change the store’s name to Johnny! He let my sister jump, scratch, and curb stomp the products to show how durable they were, and they exceeded our expectations. He was very helpful, personable, funny, and super happy to talk about pets— ask him about Mr. Handsome!

Roni, Johnny and Tim were exceptional. They treated us with utmost respect and professionalism. Felt really at home whole spending over 6 hours at store. Fantastic experience! We will definitely visit again. It's your one stop shop for all your interior/decor station.

Johnny was super amazing and attentive. We had a big purchase and needed a lot of attention. Johnny literally spent the entire day with us, considering all our needs, taste and unique preferences. I particularly had some body pains and I was able to get good furniture purchase through his help. Amazing person, amazing service!
