Marilyn and Roberto- both managed the entire leasing process so well for me under the very difficult circumstances caused by the software problems in the industry. My car was registered in Florida and they even arranged a special license plate for me as well.

I had been looking for a very specific Audi Q7 for quite some time when I came across the model and package available at Audi Meadowlands. I was fortunate to have been paired up with Marilyn Tedesco as my representative. She was wonderfully responsive and communicative throughout the process - note, I was an out-of-state buyer - culminating in a first class delivery experience. I arrived at the dealership and my car was waiting just outside the showroom doors. Paperwork was lightning fast and the Marilyn spent ample time with me reviewing the features of the car, connecting me to the vehicle's wireless network, and walking through the important settings from a safety and comfort perspective. A+. Thank you Marilyn and Audi Meadowlands.

When you think of a car dealer, what comes to mind? I don't like to buy into stigmas, but unfortunately, Audi Meadowlands is the definition of a sketchy car dealer. Audi would like you to believe you are buying a luxury car, wherein they provided top-notch customer service. This might be true when purchasing the vehicle, but the second you walk off the lot, say goodbye to any service, period.
After calling Audi Meadowlands with an issue with our vehicle, their response was "the dealership was sold earlier this year, so we are not liable for any issues from the prior dealer"... really? That is just blatantly, legally, wrong. Then, they will go on to provide you the wrong information when it suits them - such as the warranty only extended for 1 year, when in fact it extends for 2 years.
If you want to drive around in circles, and have a dealership drive you in circles, this is your place. If you want to be lied to, and told it is not their problem, this is your place. If you want to get the run-around and told wrong information, this is your place. If you want to spend hours on the phone with Audi, getting nowhere, this is your place!
STAY FAR AWAY. There are much better options for an Audi, like Bell Audi.

Bionelky was great!! The first person to acknowledge me when I walked in and greeted me with a smile and a great attitude. Very knowledgeable when it comes to Audi and answered all of my questions. Will continue to come here for service and will recommend to my friends and family to see B at Audi!

I've just finished my fourth transaction for a new car from these guys. Why do I always go back? The three salesmen I've worked with all have been helpful and cooperative, with none of the car salesman nonsense - constant attempts to upsell or add new features, for example. None of that at Audi Meadowlands, just professional service from people who want you to get the car you want.

I’ve bought 2 cars at Audi Meadowland because of how incredible Marilyn is!!! In 2011, I bought a 2010 Audi A4 from Marilyn— the car lasted me 318,000 miles!!!!! I came back to buy a 2022 Audi Q3 from Marilyn about 8 months ago. The car is AMAZING!! Marilyn was so easy to work with and kind. Thank you, Marilyn!!

They won’t return your phone calls and pass you to each other voicemails. Finally got my tittle 2 months later with zero communication from this Audi. Go to a different dealership trust me.
They also plugged one of my tires close to the sidewall and didn’t tell me.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Audi Meadowlands in NJ and wanted to share some insights for potential customers. First, be aware of the extra $1,000 fee if you don't finance through them. Additionally, the dealership's "add-ons" are significantly overpriced. For instance, I was quoted over $7,000 for Audi's extended warranty but found the exact same coverage at another Audi dealership for less than $4,600. Other extras like window etching and the wheel and tire package are also heavily inflated.
I also faced issues with my title. Despite calling the used car manager twice and leaving messages, I never received a callback. I then reached out to the new car manager, Alberto, who explained that their recent buyout might have caused my paperwork to "fall through the cracks." He promised to call me back the same day, but I didn't hear from him until three days later annd it was me who called him and even then, he was unresponsive. Over a month, I made more than 12 calls without a resolution. My temporary license plate expired during this time, adding to my frustration.
I’m not writing this review to bash the company but to inform others. If you value prompt service, respect, and reasonable fees, you might want to consider other options.
Having purchased five Audis in the past, this has been my worst experience so far.

Heath is amazing. He's knowledgable about not only Audi, but the competition, a motorsports fan (like me), which Audi has a rich history in. I did mostly everything over the phone, via text and email, I showed up - no surprises (like other dealerships) and I got my beautiful new A3 for exactly the deal discussed. The best experience I've had at a dealership in - I don't know how long - call Heath.
