“It gives me great pleasure to leave this review for Allen. I’m definitely one of the tougher customers when it comes to shopping for something as expensive as a car, and I originally had no intention of getting an Audi because of the price point. After visiting several dealerships and having terrible experiences with pushy, unprofessional salespeople, I called Allen — and he actually listened. He asked the right questions, understood my needs, and followed through.

I ended up paying slightly more than I planned, but still within my range, and the experience made it worth it. Most of our communication was over the phone, and when I finally came in, he was patient, thorough, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through every feature of the car, helped me call my insurance company, and even guided me through downloading the app.

“I initially saw a vehicle online that I was interested in as my current lease on a Ford Ranger was coming to an end. I called United Ford and was connected with Ralph. Ralph was pleasant and informative taking my information down and requested a few things from me for verification. Ralph called me back the next day with a quote and answered any questions that I had. I ultimately decided to take off from work and travel to the dealership from Long Island, NY where I met with Ralph and the manager Matt.

Upon arrival at the dealership the vehicle I was interested in was parked out front and appeared to be freshly washed. I was able to further discuss payment and pricing and came to a reasonable agreement.

Matt and Ralph prepared the documents and made any necessary phone calls to my insurance agent. I was at the dealership for approximately 2.5 hours and was driving home in my new 2024 Ford Ranger. They worked as fast they could to get me out of there quickly.
