I revisited Burlington today after almost 6 months and I was impressed with what I saw. The store is lot better managed with good inventory, cleanly stacked shelves and mostly properly labeled items. Good job Burlington! I am glad you worked on the feedback :-)
My old review:
Ill managed store. I didn’t like the upkeep of their products. Things were lying around randomly on the shelves. Packaging of many items was opened up already.

I went to this store today 12/28 /25 an im looking at my receipt and the cashier name is Deepa she scanned something I never bought and my promblem is how can I prove that she scanned something I never bought .? I need to know i don't have a baby and she scanned a seasonal baby gift for 5.99

My sales lady was great but there a sales lead lady working at the next register she was so nasty telling a customer didn’t I tell you to stand there she was so nasty I could tell the person she was talking didn’t understand English to good

This location has the nerve to have the front door roped off like you see in a movie theater. The 1 or 2 security guards opens the rope and let you in. What kind of crap is that? I said I will never come to this location ever again. I get there's an issue with loss prevention, but this ain't Tiffany's or a Chanel store on 5th avenue. It's Burlington in Secaucus. Really bad way to present themselves to the public.

Ugly costumer service , people in line for a long time , they have 12 cash registers , 3 were open and suddenly they close one , therefore more delay in line , the lack of professionalism of d the store manager is extremely low , with no skill for the job and of course unable to leadership, employees in same line of “ job” bad service , no more business for this cheap store

The cashier is very rude and she has no skills how to handle customer. Yesterday i went to the store around 9.30 in the morning to return my stuff and asking for the amount that i paid and she gave me 1$ less and she realised that she needs to pay more 1$ and i told her i gave you 25cents you give me 1$ back. She denied and arguing with me. Very bad experience in this secacus store.

I will never be coming to this Burlington again. Be ready to wait an hour or 2 in line even if you have one or very few items to purchase. They barely have any cashiers even during the weekends. the manager on duty on 10-19-24 refused to jump it to help get rid of the line and kept only 2 cashiers handling a big line. Terrible service.

Would give a high rating if the lines weren't abyssmal. Two cashiers and a massive line is ridiculous and gave up despite the good pricing on luggage.

I had the worst experience at this store. The staff was incredibly unhelpful, and the line to check out was over two hours long! On top of that, when I tried to return an item, I had to wait even longer. If I buy something new, there’s no way I could ever deal with that again. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never shop here again
