😡😡 I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and competence displayed by Jennifer, the operations manager at FH Group. It is clear that she is completely unqualified for her position. Her lack of professionalism and inefficiency have caused numerous issues and delays. It's baffling how someone so incompetent is allowed to hold such a critical role. The owner seems to be a DUPLICATE of her, displaying the same level of incompetence. This level of mismanagement reflects poorly on the entire organization. It's ridiculous that FH Group is still in business with such poor leadership. I strongly advise avoiding any dealings with this company as long as Jennifer remains in her position. The icing on the cake is that the products they sell are complete trash 🗑️‼️

I just purchased seat covers from this company and while I love the fact that my seat covers look exactly as they do online and how quickly my order arrived, I hate the overpowering chemical smell that came with the light and breezy flat cloth seat covers. I tried to air them out which made my whole house smell and caused me to get light headed so I took one star off for that. I tried to call to see what I could do to clean the seat covers and especially the steering wheel cover from the smell and they never picked up so I took a star off for that too since customer service was nonexistent for an easy question. In esscence if you buy something from them you'll get the product you want but if there's any questions or concerns good luck reaching them.

Definitely need a better way to answer phone calls. But once I finally got a hold of someone Via email they were helpful. Also need to answer emails faster. But overall they solved our issue and everything was pretty good.

Hello, I bought a full set of seat covers for my ****** Echo and I absolutely love them. However when I went for the installation I noticed that the passenger side front seat cover was torn.I contacted **************** and they were swell. After sending photos of the torn seat cover, they prompty sent me out a new one.I was really impressed. These seat covers are really nice and comfortable. I would order them from the company again.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Not only does the product look great on my KIA Telluride, but it was also incredibly easy to install. I was able to complete the installation on my own without any professional help or tools, which was a huge plus for me.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to install the product on my KIA Telluride 2020. The instructions were clear and concise, and I was able to complete the installation without any issues. I also appreciated that the product came with all the necessary hardware and components, so I didn't have to go out and purchase any additional parts

Easy to navigate site and fast delivery. The only issue is that I wish you offered regular ground USPS for shipping. Shipping is very expensive with the Smartpost.

I recently ordered these seat covers for my new Honda HR-V. I absolutely love everything about them. They look so nice, and fit great. The best part is that they took less than 10 minutes to install both covers.
