Took my elderly dad to be seen for respiratory symptoms. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the nurse, to the doctor, was professional, and so kind with my dad and me. They took us right away, were thoughtful, attentive, listened carefully to what we had to say, and explained everything clearly. The office waiting area, examination room, and restroom were also was very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

This is one of the worst urgent cares in the nation. Very unprofessional. In match 11 2022 I got a DOT physical done by you with "Agile Urgent care" in the report you tested my vision and the results came back 20/10 for all eyes. However, you put down that I needed to have "corrective lenses" when this is not the case. This placed made an incorrect information about me and refuse to write an official doctors letter describing their mistake. Amazon and I would not be giving you guys anymore business!! And I should be taking you guys to court very soon!!

Will NEVER be returning here. Staff is incredible rude and have no urgency of time. They request that you make an appointment for covid test with the assumption that I will be able to get my appointment at the time of my appointment. I had to wait over an hour in my car after my scheduled appointment time. Also after my test she said it would be a few minutes for results. Another hour later I had to call since they make you wait in the car with the office doors locked. No one bothered to call or come out to provide my results. I was also not vaccinated at the time since I was overcoming covid and ensuring I tested negative before getting vaccinated and the rude workers sarcastically said "getting tested is not preventing you from getting covid". Completely unnecessary and will never be going back ever again.

I called to ask if I needed to make an appt or if I could walk in. Receptionist asked for my symptoms I told them I have a history of a cute bronchitis but have tested negative for COVID 3 times and was needing an antibiotic for what I believed to be bronchitis. They said they couldn't help me and told me to go to the emergency room. This is literally the purpose of a clinic like this. Don't waste your time, schedule a teledoc appt.

A+++. Went there ti get a pre-surgical covid test. Staff was amazing very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. Maria my nurse was extremely understanding of my needs. Place was clean, safe. Highly reccomend. I will.defiantely be back. Tom S

Bait and switch! We called to confirm if the COVID19 PCR test would be fully covered by the Insurance and whether we had to pay any amount. We were informed by the personnel at Agile Urgent Care, Secaucus that there would be no cost for us to get the PCR test. Few weeks later, although the cost of lab was covered by insurance, we get a EOB from Insurance for doctor's visit! Doctor's visit? We did not even see a doctor. Went to the center at the time of appointment, filled up the questions online. Got a call, the doctor asked the same questions as the online questionnaire, went it, the nurse took the test. Now I have to deal with insurance and Agile Urgent care to appeal the charges.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else! It is allright to be late for Covid Test results, but the customer service is just awful. I had to call them 15 times for results. One time they put me on 15 min hold. I had to disconnect and call them to hear a response "you should have hung up before". The give you lab number to call to get the results from them directly! so whats the use of them? Just to collect the sample? It has been more than 72 hours and still no results! Please train the staff to handle the customers well. Don't put the calls on hold and not get back if they cannot. Really frustrating. I guess there is a reason that people look at the reviews before availing the services. I should have known before.

Very amateur "rent-a-doctor" operation going on here and the Dr is very arrogant pompous rude & impolite. He and his staff talk down to you. I arrived for my appointment early only to sit in my car for over an hour to then finally talk to the kid behind the office desk who says to me he's in a bad mood because he's having a bad day. Patient beware! They have been suspended in past by State of NJ Dept. of Health for administering expired meds and patient sharing meds, it's all on nj gov website search.

Called in at 8:01 to see if their google hours were right, lady says "yes but we use the last hour we're open for sanitation" So I said hey, I'm from Arizona on business, like I'm foreign here, please help me out, I could be there by 8:06. (I'm staying across the street) She proceeds to leave me on hold for 25 minutes and I have to call back and she says "at this point it's too late I'm the evening." Like of course is it! You left me on hold for half an hour? Just awful service for a medical institution and won't be using them during my stay.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this office. Firstly, they are prompt. Each time, waiting has been minimal (even if busy) and they offer efficient service. Secondly, the office is spotless and clean. They clearly keep up on this. Finally, they are KIND and treat you respectfully and with courtesy. That makes a major difference in my opinion. Each time I've gone, the treatment has been effective, everything was explained patiently, etc. Cant recommend them enough.

If I can give 0 stars I would. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The staff is unbelievably rude. Don't bother making an appointment because your still going to wait for minimum an hour. Made the mistake of giving these people second and third chances. Someone needs to do something about this because it seems to be a common complaint...

I'm not one to complain, but the guy here was the nastiest to my fiancé and people waiting. We had a test appointment at 1pm and still haven't gotten in at 225pm. Rude and inconsiderate to a line of ladies while letting people in that arrived after us and yelling at people every time he opens the door. 1/10 never returning

They force you to have a tele doctor visit prior to Covid testing. They bill you for a full doctor visit for a 15 second phone call.
