I’d like to extend my gratitude to Velda for her assistance today. I encountered an issue where my credit card couldn’t be added to my Chase account. Velda not only helped me resolve this issue but also assisted in correcting my information. The process took quite some time, unfortunately leading to her missing her lunch break. Her dedication and support are truly appreciated.

Wish I could give this place a NEGATIVE and no stars. The Manager, Greg is by far the LAZIEST manager I have ever met. He not only messed up my business banking deposit which took over 1 month to correct, he also today said the branch is busy and he's unable to open up a bank account for my son. The bank was empty. Not only did he ask us to return another time, so someone else could do it.... when questioned he said it's not his job to open up new bank accounts. SERIOUSLY? This is coming from a manager? Is anyone paying attention to this place? It's literally the WORST bank I have ever banked with. AOVID if you can. Few other situations, I called the Secaucus Branch 3 times to have none of my calls answered to then drive there with my kid to see 3 staff employee's and 1 manager literally doing nothing. While all my calls were unanswered and the trip was a waste of time as well! Please find a new manager, Greg needs to be let go.

Probably the least efficient chase location I’ve visited. Crazy amount of wait times with hardly any customers inside. Make the drive to the other location 2 miles from here and save your time.

Absolutely horrible service from the tellers to the manager went in for a withdrawal I had my card ,ID, pin I can even tell u my past transactions for last 2 weeks now never ever have I had to get a code sent to my phone with a pin to read back to get my money never been with chase 10 years I can understand fully if I had no documents or no card or not knowing my pin they didn't want to give me my withdrawal request and was very nasty about it this day I left my phone home luckily my wife was home and she was able to give me the code , but what if I lost my phone completely and I needed that money at that moment was very important I had everything I needed I never had that happen I bank weekly I felt so disrespected by the staff mad me feel as if I was trying to scam would not find any options to help me what so ever and the attitude of the staff was unbelievably unprofessional say what you want but they made me feel because I was black and I had a sweatsuit on like they looked at me a certain way and didn't want to help me terrible service something needs to be done here you mean to tell me with I'd my pin my card and me knowing all my transactions you cant withdraw my money to me reediculous

Horrible customer service.The banker was irritated when I walked in to the bank and she was open about her disdain of having to help customers. The way in which the message was communicated was bad and it left an awful impression about Chase bank.

I come to this Chase location to open an account and they tell me I have to go to the online site and make an appointment. No customer at that time, completely empty, employees idle. I never saw that in a bank.

Let's start with that the Chase Bank did 2 hard inquires just for one credit card application.Then the bank requested me to provide the copy of SocSec. Ok, I visited the branch at 450 Plaza Dr, Secaucus, NJ personally and provided everything that was requested. Finally the application was archived because "the bank has not received the requested info"...The credit card department insists that they cannot reopen my application (and that I need to apply one more time thus getting two more hard inquires). The branch agrees, that there probably was a mistake from their side, but refuses to do anything with that.That is the worst thing that you can hear from bank: "we made a mistake but we can do nothing". Are you kidding, Chase?

The only thing I use is the atm in the bank and the machine sometimes wouldn’t even deposit my cash into my account literally just takes me cash. At least fix the machine

Customer service is horrible the teller that "helped" me hand a horrible attitude and no one greets you they just look at you walk in go the one on JFK Blvd they are amazing
