I can’t say enough good things about CrossFit Secaucus. I am a long distance runner but not very experienced in weightlifting or strength training. After failing to remain consistent with at-home workouts, I gave CrossFit Secaucus a try and I am hooked. Rob and the other coaches are so attentive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I constantly feel challenged in classes while still feeling comfortable and confident. Rob does a fantastic job of explaining each exercise, observing and adjusting based on various skill levels, and being patient and encouraging. Over the last several months, I’ve seen an improvement in my metabolism, body composition, and overall fitness level. I still don’t *love* working out, but I’ve found a place I can enjoy it and feel my best. I highly recommend giving CrossFit Secaucus a shot!

Crossfit Secaucus has been a game-changer for my fitness journey! Rob is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. The sense of community is strong and you feel welcomed every time you step in the gym. The facility is top-notch. I love the effort the coaches put in designing the workouts. I love everything about Crossfit Secaucus! I will stay a member for life.

Coach Rob is the best! I have had way more success with him than private training in improving form and strength. I also did the nutritional workshop with Coach Debbie and learned so much about how to see results and feel satisfied when eating a balanced meal. Everyone is so nice and I absolultely love the culture at CrossFit Secaucus ❤️

Crossfit Secacus is life changing experience. Its nothing like every other gym or boot camp. Its actually an ultra upscale Crossfit. Rob & Debbie are the best of the best coaches who made me realise losing all those love handles and extra skin is not that hard. Now wirking out at Crossfit is my dedicated daily necessacity like eating and sleeping. You gotta try it to believe it

Hands down! Best decision ive ever made. The coaches are very welcoming and guided me until i became comfortable with what i am doing. This is coming from a newbie in the world of crossfit training. And its very neat and always organize per everyday routine.

I’ve tried several CrossFit gyms in the North Jersey area and found CrossFit Secaucus to be the best, by far. The group training is elite but I personally prefer one on one training, it’s totally worth it! Coach Rob is incredibly passionate about his craft, as are all of the coaches. The space is large and as a clean freak, I can say that it’s kept immaculate. Whether you’re an experienced lifter/cross-fitter or a beginner wanting to learn proper form, I can confidently recommend CrossFit Secaucus.

Fantastic! I started coming here after hitting a plateau with my regular gym routine. I do two personal training sessions a week with Rob. The workouts are always fun and customized to the results that I’m looking to achieve. I highly recommend CrossFit Secaucus if you’re looking to change things up and get better results. They’re very beginner friendly too. I’m hooked! I wish I had started sooner!

If you want to develop your overall strength while being guided in the most encouraging way then this is the place for you! The coaches - Rob, Manuel and Debbie create an atmosphere that is fun and positively challenging at the same time. Every session starts with the most genuine welcome and your station all set up for you to give it your best shot. Newbie or veteran - you'll never feel out of place here. Give it a go - you'll love it - and you'll be glued!

I’ve been going to Secaucus CrossFit since September 2022 and I don’t remember if I have ever been this consistent with working out. I work 12 hours/day so by the time I get home I’m exhausted but surprisingly I’m still pumped to go to the class. Rob and Manuel are very knowledgeable and they both do an amazing job making the classes very fun and enjoyable. They demonstrate every movement before the start of the workout and then they spend enough time with each of us to make sure everyone is getting the movement right. We have people of all different levels in our class and at the end of the session everyone is happy because the coaches are very good at knowing each person’s capabilities and adjusting the workout accordingly. If you’re looking for a good workout, this is definitely the place.

I was a person who never was able to until now stick to a workout but CrossFit Secaucus changed that for me. I love the group classes, it's so fun and motivates me. The coaches here are amazing, they focus on the form, doing it the right way and help you grow at the pace you can. Best investment decision ever!

I love this gym!! Great for both beginners and seasoned crossfitters. Coach Rob is very passionate about creating workouts that are easily modified or achievable for newcomers, but still difficult for those who’ve been doing CrossFit for a while. I definitely look forward to my workout each day. I recommend personal training too if you want a more personalized workout :)

It’s been almost 2 months I joined CrossFit Secaucus, I must say that I see a great improvement in my core strength and metabolism. Coach Rob is a great instructor, he helped me with my movements and provided tips to get most out of my workouts. Will definitely continue working out here and recommend this location. Thanks!
