AN EMPLOYEE STOLE MY EXTRABUCKS. I ordered online and the items were shipped from NJ…that night all $74 of my EXTRABUCKS were used at the store at 10:26pm. I called and spoke with the manager who said “I know exactly who it was” and that there was nothing he could do. I called customer service and they issued me my rewards but be warned about this location!!

I went there to pick up paper towels, which were on sale. I purchased in the Union City store and I was in this area and wanted to get more. I wasn’t sure which brand it was so I saw a gentleman in one of the aisles that was packing out merchandise. I asked him to please help me find the correct one or if he had a circular, he told me to go upfront he didn’t know which one it was And to get a circular so when I did, I couldn’t find one in the hallway. It was empty, but when he came upfront, he pulled one from a basket and handed it to me wasn’t very friendly and seemed annoyed when I looked at it. It was from a week expired and it wasn’t the correct Circular. He said he couldn’t help me and didn’t know which one it was so I asked the cashier at the courtesy if he can, please help me, but he had no knowledge. Also I wind up leaving and was very upset with the customer service and no one could give me any idea what was on sale I asked the cashier at the front in the Customer Service who was the man in the aisle, that wasn’t very friendly and asked for that person‘s name he told me it was Martin and that he’s a manager apparently he is not very knowledgeable or helpful nor friendly.

Grossly incompetent. A Pharmacy that handles people’s medication, but is out of stock on medication. How do you fail to keep track of your stock? Complete joke avoid this pharmacy.

I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I always receive from Cathy, one of the store clerks at CVS. From the moment I walk in, Cathy greets me, and every other customer, with a warm smile. Her positive attitude is infectious and truly enhances my shopping experience.
No matter what I’m looking for, Cathy goes above and beyond to help me find it. Her knowledge of the store and its products is impressive, and she seems genuinely happy to assist everyone. It's clear that CVS has employed a gem in Cathy, and it's because of her outstanding service that I continue to visit this location.

Overall the store itself gets a 2. The pharmacy gets a 0. I live in town so this pharmacy would be where I get my prescriptions… not anymore! They are all unfriendly, unhelpful and make you feel like you are bothering them. I know drive to CVS in lyndhurst for my prescriptions. All my interactions with the Lyndhurst staff are pretty good. They are friendly, helpful and even ask if you’d like the flu vaccine. Forget Secaucus you are bothering them if you ask for a vaccine.
