Ordered a plain crouissant. Very dry. So dry I couldn’t swallow it. Asked for a new crouissant and it was also dry. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else. Crouissants tasted old. Woman behind counter offered kindly offered me a donut but if I wanted a donut I would have ordered one.

Nice Dunkin/Baskin Robbins. Got some strawberry ice cream, an Iced Chai Latte and a jelly donut from here. Service was decent, the store was pretty clean and neat too.

I always try to avoid this dunkin'... the other locations in this town are 10x better. The orders are always mixed up, even when the drive thru is completely empty. The other day when I went I ordered the snackin' bacon. I also ordered drinks that were ready at a reasonable time. The drive thru worker told us to pull up to the stairs by the back/side door. We were waiting and waiting for someone to bring the bacon. After waiting for almost 15 minutes, I walked up to the window asking about it. The worker said "Oh, the bacon is yours?" Even though she had told us to pull up away from the drive thru to get it. Overall, this location is very inconsistent & I tend to always have an issue when I come here. If you don't want your coffee to taste old, go to 1351 Paterson Plank Road.

Ordered a simple egg and cheese wake up and got a very disappointed surprise. Place has gone downhill. Am sure it's not hard to make a decent wake up wrap.

I would never come here or recommend anyone here. The employees are scam people taking people card information I was compromised by a employee from this store and I know right away it was from here. This was the only place I had my card over in the drive-through and she never swipe my card at the window. She left from the window and when she came back, she handed me my order but not my card, which I found it odd and then someone came back to the window, pass her my card and she gave it to me the very next day my card was compromised. This was the only location, I pass my card over and it’s so sad because I work right down the street and I come here every single day to get coffee and also for my coworkers as well

Food is average Dunkin' food - I'd never recommend it anyway. Drinks are usually made to order. More than once I've ordered in the app to pick up at the window and something's been incorrect. A missing donut, the wrong size drink, etc. I'll credit it to the morning rush and incompetencies of the app itself. Ambiance is great when you actually walk in. Every single staff member I've ever met at this location has been fantastic, kind, and positive. This alone makes me want to give this location 4 to 5 stars. But, for the multiple mistakes I'll have to dock just one.
