Awful!!!! I ordered on the 19th. Called customer service after I noticed more than a week my order still said processing. Now at day 17 nothing received CS never called me back and they responded to an email after a week saying they didnt know if I still needed help. Ugh check the order number you will see the order hasnt shipped so what do you think. At this point I dont even want anything from them I want a refund but of course they are not answering when I call. I will never patronize Jimmy Jazz or Snipes via online or in store. This is beyond insane. Update, when I first called and the only time I spoke to a person I was told I could cancel the order. Since I wasnt able to reach a person again and the first rep never followed up. I emailed Jimmy Jazz customer service numerous times to cancell the order. I then tried calling again and noticed the message was now saying to email Snipes customer service. I emailed Snipes Customer Service and also no reply. Upon asking for the order to be cancelled I now received a speedier reply it didnt take a week and received this message. "Please be aware we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed and so we are unable to make any changes to this order. " Then immediately following that email I received another email saying the following "Get hyped! Your order has shipped." The tracking information indicated the estimated delivery day was January 8th, today is the 10th the item still has not been received. The tracking says both UPS and Fedex lol this is a joke. When I track on Fedex it says pending no scheduled delivery date available at this time. However my credit card was charged. I am livid!!!!

Never again! They have a return policy on the back of the packing slip and are verbally telling customers you cannot get your shipping cost back, but that’s false advertising /misleading. I am going to get my bank involved with this transaction and never buy from them again. I repurchased a smaller size shoe because when you purchase toddler shoes they have 3 sizes of youth mixed in with the sizing which is a little misleading. I repurchased another shoe in a smaller size to ship to me and I’m being charged $14.95 which is more then the bigger size shoe HOW?! I just spoke to with a Sharon in Texas DONT know is she was lying to me about her location or her name but she is trying to tell me that she apologizes I got an old return policy on the back of my receipt LMAAO. WHAT!! This is exactly how companies like this get themselves into trouble by not updating the policy PERIOD!! I can’t wait to contact my bank about this because is clearly says you get your full refund and shipping cost once they get the shoe back and it’s in perfect condition. I plan on taking pictures and a video because I don’t trust companies like this. Not even footlocker charges this much and they’ve been around longer! It shows what a rip off and what type of company Jimmy Jazz is!! NO THANK YOU

Bought a shirt in the Poughkeepsie store. The shirt had a large tear on the side. Went more than once for an exchange and they wanted original credit card.. I’m so upset about my order 1st of all no returns in store is crazy it’s 2022 they should be like any other store and the fact that they do not return your full refund is ridiculous they don’t want to have a loyal customer it seems this will be my last time buying from your store because this is horrible

My experience has been a nightmare. Fed Ex delivered my package to the wrong address. We had ordered $430.00 worth of shoes and clothing. I filed a complaint with Fed Ex and asked to fo the same with Jimmy Jazz. My husband and I kept getting hung up on when asking for a supervisor. After ten calls, we finally got through to someone who said they filed a case on our behalf through Fed Ex. They said it would take 7-10 business days and they would be in touch which they were not. It has been a back and forth battle between Fed Ex and Jimmy Jazz and both companies playing the Blame Game. Instead of handling my claim and investigating this, they are going back and forth blaming each other while I'm the middle person. Worst experience of my life. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have been a loyal customer for years but these last 3 years i have not been able to buy a new release shoe for me or my family .This has happen 6 times with 6 different releases . I was informed. by manager at another location and 2 employees at that location they had the free 99 dunk at first come first serve , I was there at 9:54. 9:58 a young man walked out store with a big box at 10:01 am manager of location walks to gate says (what are yall here for ?) My response for [ Free 99 Dunks] manager shook her head said no pull the gate back down .At that point my wife ask her so are yall opening at all because its 10 am then she opens gate for people to come in . Its said how people working and managing stores backdoor shoes to friends, family and resellers.All i wanted was a pair of shoes for my birthday .

The jazz @ 1264 Fulton street is so unprofessional. the staff is very rude. they are always going back and forth with the customers, they are always grouped up at the register when they should be seeing who needs assistance. I’ve even been in the store multiple times and nothing ever changes. Next step is reaching out to corporate. Who ever owns the store needs to have a meeting with the staff members. These days I see they just hire anybody. Like staff be literally about to fight the customers. Just so very sad, I should be able to shop in peace and get help when I need it and the customers should always be respected. If I had a chance to leave 0 stars I would the store is just so ghetto

This store staff has no respect for the clients ? they made me feel like my money didn't matter and they looked at me like I was going to steel the shoes, after I spent 150$ they asked me if I needed a bag for 2$ or something then charged my debit card and walked away without saying ty have a great day or anything.... I don't know if those aggressive women was security ?or sales agents they truly shouldn't be working with the public

Don’t waste your time trying to get a new release of sneakers in the store Waited on line for hours I was second in line there was no crowd control whatsoever by the time the store opened The security guard let all his friends in 20 people just walked right in front of me and I did not get the sneakers I waited there for all night in the rain I was alone and people just kept cutting me and the security guard let it happen he just celebrated with his friends as I stood there feeling unsafe

Do not buy anything from this company. I have been waiting for a refund from Jimmy Jazzy since March 2020. Every time I call they tell me the same thing that they are going to move my case to priority and then nothing is done. Finally a supervisor told me this month that even though they tagged my case as priority that doesn't mean that corporate will treat it as such. I even got an email from Jimmy Jazz in July that my refund was issued and I would see it on my account in 3-5 days, it is now August and I still haven't received it. This is going on over 5 months now.

THIS COMPANY is a FRAUD DO NOT ORDER !!!! They are very unprofessional ...they hold items hostage ..Manager/supervisor “CHRIS” is rude and hangs up on people !!!!!!customer service Operators are Rude and unprofessional they the warehouse gives you items you did not order and want you to return it before they correct their issue !! Also they treat you the customer horribly!!! Blast them all over social media I am !!!!! If a lawyer sees this please contact!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY SHOPPING ONLINE WITH JIMMY JAZZ, THEY WILL NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCT AND THEN YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANY ONE. THEY ROBBED ME OF $160.
