They don’t ask how was the service but do ask how much tip we must add to the card. Less than 15 mins for pedicure. Rushed and hush hush.

I’ve been coming here for a while purely out of convenience, but I’m done. The staff is shockingly rude, especially Sarah. One time, I was just a few minutes late, and from that point on, I was treated like garbage. She clearly put me on her “bad list” and made it her mission to ensure I’d never want to return. Despite booking my appointments weeks in advance, she rushed me and double-booked others during my slot. Her attitude is beyond condescending.
I even left tips every visit—no acknowledgment, no appreciation. Who’s the customer here?! On top of that, the place is filthy. I had to ask them to sanitize their tools—something that should be standard practice. This place is disgusting, unprofessional, and not worth anyone’s time. Never going back!

I was so so disappointed by this place. Firstly the old lady who did my manicure had some serious attitude problem. I didn’t like the color picked first so I stopped her and asked if I could pick another color which shouldn’t be a problem, you are not getting it for free, she started throwing shade from there. Then she nipped me that took a pinch of my skin off and got infected. Thirdly I sat there for good 30-45 mins to dry my nails and as soon as I get home it started having impressions and lost the total texture. Lastly even after all this I walk to tip her and while I am giving her a tip she didn’t even look up or look me in the eyes. The walk in lady is nice but if they want to keep running their business the old lady really needs to re-learn her skills like doing a manicure and better customer service.
So disappointed.

I have been a customer for over 15 years at Jin Queen Nail Salon in Secaucus, NJ. Sarah, her mom and my favorite pedicure ladies always have been wonderful at whatever I asked for to be done and patient with requests. I have always received excellent service --which is every two weeks--for nails and a pedicure. At no time, has anyone working at Jin Queen been rude or condescending to me. There have been a few nasty customers when I was there but Sarah and everyone was pleasant. I recommend anyone who wants great service, professional work on nails and feet, and other options begin to use the Salon--it is worth it!!

Sarah? was rude I walked in on time and no one was there I was trying to pick the color for a change from long time UV gel French she was rushing me to sit so she can do her job she said I meant there was no one until I am done why she was in such hurry didn't let her customer browsing pick the color?

If I could give zero stars I would. She cut the nails a lot shorter than I wanted as well as not even painting the whole nail. I think her name was Kelly or KimService: Manicure

BEWARE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! They were rushing and there was no other customers in the shop. My mother and I went recently to this place and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. My mother specifically asked for acrylic for her pedicure and acrylic for my manicure. The owner did say yes to doing acrylic and that she’ll be taking us in. My mothers experience with the pedicure was fine until she was telling the pedicure lady that she wants her toenails even with the acrylic. Pedicure lady said she couldn’t do acrylic for her, and asked the owner to help put some acrylic on two of her broken toenails. The owner said she was too busy and was rushing to get my nails done… Meanwhile, there’s no other customers in the shop for the time I was there. My mother got frustrated and the staff was willing to let her go with unpainted toenails. Fortunately, another manicure lady had tried helping by fixing my mothers pedicure. Overall, my mother had paid $37 for a uneven pedicure and I winded paying $90 for gel when I specifically wanted acrylic. I wouldn’t have been upset for paying such a high amount if the nails where done better. They were super thick and poorly done. I recommend not coming here.

i went to get my eyebrows done and the women was rude and completely made my eyebrows uneven and left stray hairs everywhere. she then used wax that was way to hot and burnt my skin. it could have just been a bad day. but i will not be going back there to get my eyebrows doneService: Waxing

Went in with my friend today even if we didnt have reservations, we got served few mins after. My friend had the gel while i had regular mani. Service was fast and good. We even got a christmas present giveaway lotion from them. Also, i like the place it is spacious and doesnt smell of strong chemical odor like the other place where we inquired but was full.
