I visited the store on a Sunday and was greeted with indifference by the two female employees at the register. Their lack of acknowledgment and the way they seemed annoyed by my presence left me feeling unwelcomed. It was evident that they were more engrossed in their personal conversation about their daughters' college endeavors than attending to customers.
Despite needing assistance with a return, their conversation persisted, prolonging what should have been a quick process. While I congratulate them on their daughters' achievements, it's disheartening that their focus on personal matters overshadowed their duty to provide adequate customer service.
Overall, my previous positive experiences with the store's customer service have been tainted by this encounter. It's clear that both employees could benefit from retraining in customer service etiquette to ensure future visitors feel valued and attended to.

There is only one women's fitting room and there's always a line on the weekends. They used to have another fitting room but now they use it for storage. At the very least they should provide a bench or chairs. There are elderly and pregnant women waiting around with no where to sit. Do better Kohls! Give us a bench or clear out the fitting room being used as storage.

Purchased a men’s suit, shirt and tie, all of the clothing I purchased smells like women’s perfume. Had all of the garments professionally laundered, and the perfumes from Sephora are so embedded in the clothes that the smell of perfume won’t come out. I don’t want to smell like women’s perfume. I won’t be shopping in stores that have men’s clothing next to the perfume sections of a store. Clothes are not wearable.
