Very unpleasant experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional. They kicked me out of the store just because I was with my service dog, even though service animals are legally allowed in public places. They refused to serve me and ruined my day. I’m never coming back.

I meant the old review for dunkin donuts
I went to get food because it says it's open but it's not. I waited to see if the physically posted hours were correct that 530 the drive through opens but it doesn't. i planned to eat breakfast here and it's not open.

I asked the clerk for a cigar with no flavor. He picked up one and sold it to me. But and after I lit up the cigar outside, it turned out to be vanilla flavor. I went back inside and asked the clerk for it to be replaced for one without flavor, since it was his error. But they refused saying that once you lit up the cigar there are no exchanges

The owner and staff are very greedy and overcharge whenever they think you’re not privy. The cashier attempted to charge me $1.50 for a few extra coffee creamer packs for my large coffee which was $2.50. If I’m paying $4 for coffee I may as well go to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. Don’t go to this store unless you want to deal with arbitrary price gauging. The staff are very rude and they watch your every move on the very large surveillance cameras. Do not stop there keep driving to other stores in Secaucus there are better options.
