Unfortunately, my experience with Alejandra Rivera was disappointing. She consistently displayed an impatient and dismissive demeanor, especially when the response she received didn’t align with what she wanted to hear. Rather than working collaboratively or showing professionalism, her tone became extreme and unapproachable, making the interaction unnecessarily difficult. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in communication and customer service moving forward.

Sale prices advertised don't necessarily ring up at sale price, they also randomly stop your tax exempt status. Just like they check your receipt at the door, make sure you check your receipt.

(Truck driver ) just like all other Restaurant depots , appt time is useless, way to many DAYCABS come thru and take up all the unloading time , super slow off loading , I don't think these places will ever be any good for off loading

7/13/24 water load with 0800 appt checked in 0720, docked 0930 out 1100. Seems like appt time didn't matter when other local trucks constantly pulling in and get unloaded before me. Had to go speak with the manager which tried to justify about another load earlier in the week which had nothing to do with my load.

I went to leave a negative review only to see I already left one a couple months ago. So it's nice to see nothing has improved. For the amount of time it takes to check out, you're better off just buying from your standard, more expensive distributors. It's great for emergencies when you get shorted an item, but then you have to spend an hour or more from when you walk in to when you leave.

Something suspicious is going on in this location. Today, the cashier (young Hispanic lady) tried telling me that the total was $1,000.00+ for 19 items. I was shocked at the price and asked her to ring me up again. She gave me an attitude and refused, and then a supervisor (or nearby manager) rung me up again with a new total of $462.82. No apology from either of them. Supervisor then goes to the employee who checks your receipts before leaving store to let him know. I approached him regarding this incident and he responded by saying that it’s a “system error”. Very strange. I will not be returning here. I also do not want this to happen to anyone else.

Horrible management at this establishment I was on line to get a instacart order that I was working on delivering and when I got on line there was a person being helped at the 15 items or less lane. So I proceeded to that’s lane being that I only had 2 items. When I got to the register the person scanning items at the register the employee proceeded to tell me that the lane was closed after he was literally just checking out a customer. After 5 mins of waiting on line to check out other customers went into the same lane that I was kicked out of because ”they were not open” nobody that entered that lane was told that it was closed. Then someone named “Tim the store manger” he did not want to give me his real name. Came and tried to help me out but then after I explained to him that I went to a line and they kicked me out he tried to help me and tell me to go with him so he can scan my items but as I further explained my frustration of other people being helped when all I had was 2 items for the employee to scan he proceeded to tell me that I would not be helped out and he yelled out to everyone at the registers “do not take help this guy out nobody give him and service he is going to be standing here wasting his time” that is very unprofessional I explained to him as well that I was on an instacart order and he said he does not care that I wouldn’t be helped by anyone there. This place is a joke with all their staff and management hopefully they do something about that.
