“I've been working with Bestype for years, and have yet to ever be disappointed. Reasonable pricing, great people on their team that are a pleasure to work with, and they can occasionally pull off miracles.
Last week I had a huge event across the street from their shop. The day before, we realized that we had sent the wrong art to the venue's print provider, and needed a same day rescue on this prominently placed piece of branding. Queue Tony, the shop's manager. As I walked in, I was ready to be told that I was crazy and then asked to leave since I was about to ask for same day (btw, it was about noon and they close at 6) large format printing and mounting.
I think Tony heard the panic in my voice as I was talking to someone at the front about my crazy ask. Their shop was already working overtime for a few other big jobs, but Tony found a way.

“I have used Digital City Printing a couple times now and I'm glad I found them. I needed very special business cards printed for our company, on double-sided black silk laminate, with UV spot coating on our logo. A lot of printers can't even do that. Digital City did an excellent job, which is why they are my go-to printer. Once they had an equipment breakdown, but they got it fixed and prioritized my job to get it to me in time for an important event.
Also, the people there are very nice and always responsive. You'll love working with them.”

I was put in a pretty tough spot at work — I was asked to create a custom sports trophy for a somewhat obscure achievement, and I only had two days to get it designed, produced, and engraved. It wasn’t your standard “MVP” or “Championship Winner” piece either. The details were very specific, and I needed it to look polished and professional.
From the moment I walked into TrophyWorld in Brooklyn, Valeri and her team jumped right in to help. They didn’t rush me or make me feel stressed about the tight deadline. “I have used this establishment on several occasions. It sits a few feet from the Atlantic Ave post office. Across from the long Island rail road station. Ironically today I had to use this business to FedEx a letter which cost 18.00 to the United States post office consumer advocate in Washington DC. Concerning a issue with the post office next door. I would usually use the computer in this business there are two for use. And fax And make copies for a reasonable price. Interesting enough I was going to FedEx my paper work to the EEOC which was time sensitive using this business but unfortunately I used the post office next door and attempted to send it certified mail and the post office failed to add the address and my paperwork is missing. The employee of this business wish me a good day now I never got that from the post office anywhere!”
