I found my way to Submit 2 Fitness in fall of 2021 because I needed a change in my fitness routine. A friend had suggested I look at CrossFit, but I always thought that was comical because I wasn’t one of those girls who jumped over buildings or picked up small cars. That journey led me to Coach Rosie and Coach Jay, who have been amazing and have revolutionized the way I look at my workout. I’ve had multiple injuries and surgeries over the course of my lifetime and have very bad knees. I never feel like I don’t get in an amazing workout because Rosie and Jay are so knowledgeable about muscle groups and how to make them stronger to support joints that they’ve been able to modify certain moves within our daily routines so that I can still get that full experience without damaging anything. They’re thoughtful, encouraging and really like family. I was going through a very tough time when I found them and they’ve helped me get through, I highly suggest you check them out. It is worth every bit of the investment in yourself. If you were ever afraid to do so before give it a shot during their holiday sale!

I joined Submit2Fitness in fall of 2021 because I needed a change, something other than what I was doing. A friend of mine had talked to me about considering CrossFit, and I always laughed at her saying I'm not one of those girls that jumps over buildings and picks up small cars. Boy was I ever wrong about CrossFit. Coach Rosie and Coach Jay have literally changed the way I look at my workouts. They're encouraging and thoughtful coaches. I've had multiple injuries including bad knees and they're able to modify exercises that we do in our daily workout, so that I can still work the same muscle groups without putting undue pressure on joints that can't handle it. I've never been happier about a choice I've made, or an investment in myself. You should check it out, especially now, since they have a sale for the end of the year!

I was so impressed with this gym-I’ve been doing Crossfit for many years, and I’ve been to a lot of CrossFit gyms all over the world.I travel a lot for work and I dropped by to see if they would let me get in a workout.they were extremely welcoming and very friendly. Jay and Rosie are awesome.The gym is spotless and well equipped. I highly recommend this Crossfit box! ??

Can’t say enough good things about this place! I was looking for a personal trainer for a long time. It’s hard to find someone that works with you to reach the goal you want. I instantly connected with Jay and Rosie. They are not your traditional scary trainers. Yea they look like trainers and are very fit but they made a training plan that I was comfortable with and still managed to push me to get me to get even more out of this training than I thought I would! I’m so surprised at the progress I’ve made. They are also so flexible with scheduling, which is a great plus! Last thing I want to add is that they make working out fun. I am never dreading going to the gym, which for me and I’m sure for others is hard to find! Thank you Jay and Rosie!PS - the way Jay and Rosie work out the class and training schedules, the gym is never packed. There’s always enough space!

The attention to detail makes group classes feel like a personal training session. Super supportive atmosphere for the novice. They pull you in and keep the motivation at a very high level. This is the place to go if you're looking to make a long-term commitment to your health and fitness.

After gaining weight during quarantine I knew I needed to make a change. I joined S2F and have already lost 15 lbs in 3 month. My energy levels have increased, and my endurance has greatly improved. The coaches are very informative and I love that you can workout safely in the gym or at home virtually.

With a very results oriented and competetive profession in sales, S2F has been a special place for me to keep my work life balance in check. What makes S2F special is the people, all fitness centers have their respective ameneties, however the positive and supportive environment that people create is the biggest difference maker. I feel that I'm treated with the utmost respect and professionalism as a valued client, most of all we all treat each other as family.

S2F is AMAZING!!!You’re not just joining a gym, you’re joining a community and a family of like-minded people, who push each other through every single work out and encourage you to push yourself beyond your own limits. Last year I had opportunity to participate in my first jersey girl triathlon. I owe that to coach Rosie, she’s amazing!!! We scheduled swimming lessons outside of our workouts and pushed each other along with many other women in our gym to do the same. We collectively came together as a group and challenged ourselves and each other during the event. Throughout this pandemic submit to fitness has developed many innovational ways of keeping us active, such as virtual classes and personal training. I feel safe walking into the gym as they follow a strict max occupancy per class, offer covid screenings and have a great sanitizing protocol after each workout ! Check them out ! You won’t regret it !

Love the owners Coach Jay & Rosie. They are the nicest people. They truly care about the clients & want to give back the best for the price they ask . The coaches are focused & the community is very welcoming. It has definitely one of the best indoor ambiance & facilities around this area. It’s Value for your money with excellent service & great care towards the clients & thr fitness goals. They have varied programs & class timings for morning & evenings. I love the fact that they also have an afternoon class schedule. They are focused in CrossFit, kettlebell, Olympic lifting, yoga & S2F strong program. They also have a kids program. All in all the best experience for fitness facility for the entire family.

My 7 year old daughter is going to youth gym sessions for nearly 6 months. Her confidence levels, her flexibility and interest on knowing what is healthy food went up. Sessions are designed with fitness and fun games. Coaches are very well organized and push to bring the best out of every one. She is enthusiastic to go and never want to miss a class. I was skeptical about the gym in the beginning, but above experience proved it is well worth it. I would highly recommend this place.
