The staff at this location is so friendly and professional. I came in with issue that I tried to handle on the phone and quickly became aggravated being transferred several times with no help, So I went to the Secaucus location and Kat, George and Joselin (hope I spelled her name correctly) all helped me with my problem calmly and (most importantly) with a smile. Honestly you just don't find this kind of service often and I really appreciated it.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted! My charming sales assistant help me immediately. When she looked up my account, she found that I had a great deal. She then recommended that to get the most out of my money, I could wait five months. At that point my phone will be paid off. This kind of information is seldom shared with customers. I am so appreciative. The store showed true hospitality. I will be coming back to the store for any of my needs, even though it is not the closest. I highly recommend coming to this warm and welcoming environment. And blessings to this amazing sales people!

EXCELLENT customer service. We have been a customer of TMobile since it was VoiceStream ...24 years and counting. We have never been made aware of promotions available to us until I visited the Secaucus store at Plaza Center. Daniel, Frances and Katherine were very attentive and found us a great phone that fits my husband's needs and checked and we were eligible for the promotion available at the time !! We were delighted. Explained there was not enough for data transfer and new phone start up that day, and politely asked us to return the following early evening so they could take care of everything for us. And that is what they did !! They were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and Daniel was happy to assist with new phone explanation and answer any questions we had. I could not be more pleased with the way we were treated and my husband really loves his new, upgraded phone. Finally, after all these years, they all, especially Daniel, made us feel like valued customers. Thank you !!

Really really bad. Picked up a home internet device. Was given incorrect information. Was NEVER given an opportunity to review the paperwork and was blatantly lied to.They applied my wife's signature to a bunch of documents electronically that were never discussed or reviewed and she wasn't even in the store with me at the time of the purchase.We are now stuck sorting this out and the store just tells us to deal directly with Tmobile.Business owner answer: Does not even address any element of the concerns that I posed here. The store committed fraud.

Wow what an experience I had with T-Mobile, I went in on November 5th 2022 ordered 2 IPhone 14 Pro Max and I was told by the sales rep Katherine I would receive them within 3 days before my new bill kicks in with my order service provider which is $250.00 for 5 lines. Today is the 1st of December and still I didn't receive the phones or even shipped by T-Mobile and I was told it will be shipped on the 12th of December that means I will be responsible for 2 more $250.00 bills for my old service provider totaling $750.00 I didn't need to spend if this LYING KATHERINE told the truth. Also the generated $175.00 bill back dated from 10/06/2022 to the day they setup the account which is 11/05/2022 crazy right? Now I called and spoke to manager Cortessa which is another dishonest person promised to look into the issue and find solution and call me back which she never did. Now listen to the funniest part I called to customer service to un-suspend the lines to use at the mean time I couldn't believe what they said I HAVE TO WAIT FOR PHONES TO BE SHIPPED.Honestly I never left anyone any reviews look at my history but I feel so infuriated of being treated like sucker and idiot. I have 2 bachelor degrees in math and physics and I can do math for sure they overcharge me by much.

Terrible customer service from Clarissa and other partner. I went to see if they can help me repair my watch and willing to buy 2 phones but I guess she was so busy fixing a laptop that didn't gave me any of her attention. I had to asked her to check my account twice and she kept ignoring me and taking her time while there was no other customer at the store. Very disappointed I wanted to buy the phones and it seems like they didn't wanted to sell, she didn't even move from the desk.

One of the managers Clarisa was a great help today. Came in upset about a phone that I purchased in may since the charges did not match came in yesterday and was told another girl would contact me with a solution and she never did.Clarisa took the time and fixed my issue and was very patient with me. Thank you!

One girl here is super super friendly. I wish I got her name to give her kudos. Spanish w curly hair.Very helpful lady.She helped us w tmobile acct and even helped us w AT&T apple phone I had.She didn't have to but she did it out of kindness.

Brian, And Johnathan was beyond awesome! It was our first time ever in this location for T-mobile and immediately we felt at home!
