The purchase was overcharged by a large amount but the company fix the problem same day. The order showed delivered but the shipment never received was horrible experience at Christmas for grandbabies. The boy's onsie order received wrong item the phone guy was pleasant and issued a refund but the right size onsies was no more left was very disappointed.
Don’t buy from them, there was a package lost or stolen, I reported and basically their answer was call the police, we are not responsible for losses, so there you go.

I see a history of this company having fraudulent charges on peoples cards. They will shuttle you around on the phone and not give you the thieves info. I have an ongoing identity theft ivestigation open and we will get to the bottom of this bs!!!

Placed an order for a four pack of straight leg jeans for $71.99. The gray pair was narrow in the legs than the other three pairs. The company was contacted about the issue via email. They chose not to reply back.
