I brought my car hereUNITED FORDA little bit skeptical I even paid for a diagnostic test.After seeing the results of this test.it wasn’t pretty ??…New engine bad‼️Thank God Vic was there to the rescue ♂️In a very professional manner he explained to me which were my best options.No pressure ?.As I was about to leave with my car, I came right back to Mr. Matos desk and got my new engine.It was very fast and efficient. 3 year unlimited mile warranty ‼️This place is amazing the staff is wonderful, plenty of parking, conveniently located. Wish I read the reviews before sending our vehicles here. Felicia in service was rude and untruthful. One vehicle was there for 31 days for minor repairs.... vehicles are equipped with voice and audio cameras. defintely makes for an interesting viewing. Never again

THE WORST DEALER EVER.Last week I took my 2019 Ford Flex to have the brakes changed which it only has less 26,000 miles. Online the estimate was $420.00 and I thought that with taxes it would go up to about $600.00 or less. When the technician called me he told me it would be about $1,200. annoyed I asked him why!!! He answered me something that I couldn’t understand, and I went to the dealer. At the dealer he told me that “the technician” recommends that when the brake pads are changed, that the drums must be changed as well.I asked him why they didn't call me and ask me first, and he didn't know how to answer me. Furthermore, this is the second time I have taken the car because the tires are losing air, and on both occasions, they tell me that they can't find anything.The person who helped me told me: but you signed the paper this morning, and I told him of course, you saw that I was extremely rushed, and I signed without seeing why I trusted you, even though you had previously made me feel bad, that was my mistake. , but you must confirm the price of the service with the client, to see if they agree, and you must take the time to see if the client understands what you are going to charge them.Today my mechanic, who happens to be my first cousin saw my car, and he tells me apparently they only changed the pads...... They didn't even show me the old parts that they "supposedly changed."I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALER, IN MY EYES, THEY ONLY SEE YOU AS A NUMBER, AND NOT AS A VALUED CUSTOMER.

I ordered an alternator and it worked well. I was continuously contacting them so I could be sent the return label since I did not receive it in my order to return the original piece I had in my car. I sent various emails and called plenty of times. When calling they would tell me to email them and they would send it and it never happened. I did not receive the return label after contacting them various times and I did not receive my money back for the core charge due to that.

Save yourself the trouble and order from Tasca instead. Ordered a part online 7/1 and paid almost $50 for overnight shipping. End of day 7/6 status still shows as in process. Called them for an update and was told to call between 10-3 tomorrow and they couldn’t give me an update or refund. I understand the 4th was this week but this should have shipped out on Monday.

Had a battery die in my Ford Edge while on vacation nearby. Battery was covered under warranty and Scotty and the other fine folks at United Ford were EXTREMELY efficient, professional, and friendly in getting the battery replaced as well as repairing two other recalls while I was there. OUTSTANDING service!!!

I tried getting parts at my local Ford, they didn't have them so they suggusted I go on line, it's an 06 town car, mint, 106,000 miles everything stock but the rums. I found thus dealer online and tried to order the part I needed, it comes In two pieces but when I ordered the half I wanted the website made me order and pay for both, apple arrival the part looks great, but only half was here. I tried to email and talk to Brian ward, I called and talked to Brian ward and Brian ward is not helpful, a, ll he keeps doing is saying I'm wrong, now he threatened me with good luck ever going to Ford dealership again.. NY family has bought lincoln and Ford there whole business careers and never had so much trouble getting parts from my local dealer, never mind a suggested and highly rated dealer. Not to happy with no explanation just saying I'm wrong then being threatened going to dealer shops again.

Poor service, bad communication, the worst staff, they don’t know how to bring a good customer service, worst experience at the dealer. Ford have to change whole staff and there.

Took my Ford F-350 and after taking one month to repair it and going way over the estimate by $5,000 the truck still does not work and they will not respond for the failure to repair the truck. Don’t waste your money here, the people have no clue what they are doing.*update*The company reached out and have been trying readdress the issue. They have been gracious enough to send people to our home to fix the truck that is still not starting. We appreciated the response to feedback the attempt to fix our truck which is essential to our company.
