Secaucus Post Office is a small but efficient post office located in the heart of downtown Secaucus on Paterson Plank Road. I found the counter worker there to be quite pleasant, despite a previous customer who had been there while I waited on line, who just couldn't make her mind up about what she wanted to do with her package and keep it at that. It was an experience that would have left many a clerk in a state of absolute fluster, but the counter person kept her composure and professional demeanor throughout. It must have been a pleasant diversion to have my order, which was a much simpler one, just stamped envelopes, on the heels of "Ms Indecisive" ahead of me.

I don’t like posting a negative review but this post office is closed for lunch from 1 to 3 pm. I came a few times around 1 and it’s already closed for lunch and until 3pm? How long is lunch break supposed to be for? I’ve never heard of a 2 hour lunch break and this post office closes at 4:30 pm! How ridiculous! Somebody needs to look into this. Something is definitely not right. And hey, I’m not the only one noticing.

Went to the post office in Secaucus on Friday, March 17, 2023, and paid $35.50 for an overnight delivery to Tennessee. My daughter should have received it no later than Saturday at 6:00 p.m.Unfortunately she didn't. That's not fair paying high price for next day delivery. Very disappointed ?

Complete lazy people I’ve had an item held up there for 4 days and they’ve made no efforts to ship it out to my place it shows that the USPS organization is falling apart

Always closed in the middle of the day. So ridiculous. They say closed for lunch but as a government office they should hire additional staff because their hours are already inconvenient to working people and "lunch time" is the only time we have to take care of this stuff.

This post office is the worst. Closes for lunch and says they'll be back at 3. Never happens. Showed up yesterday at 4:26, they close at 4:30. The woman postal worker saw me coming and locked the door 4 minutes early. My package already had a label on it. You would think she would be happy to have a job.

Worst USPS ..they are always closed in the afternoon as per their convenience. Sometimes closed for lunch 1-2 or 2-3

The lady behind the counter was the most miserable person I've ever come across! If she doesn't like dealing with people she should leave this job and let somebody with personality take over her job!

The worker who helped me around noon today was so sweet and funny. She was polite and kind to the person that she helped before me and to me as well. Showed me several books of stamps for me to pick from, made me laugh, and honestly made such a small interaction like buying stamps a little bit joyful. Thank you!
