Came here to collect a package, ended up walking around to the wrong door as it wasn't well signed from the car parking area. Good security they check your ID before handing stuff over.

Worst service I’ve ever encountered. First delivery said no one was home when I was literally waiting on the sidewalk for a truck to pass by, nothing. Second delivery attempt I was able to catch the driver for my building. He tells me he “seen my box at the warehouse” and begins to confirm my name. When asked where the package was he said he wasn’t on his truck for whatever reason. 3rd attempt I put in the instructions “please just drop off at front door” but of course I get an update telling me the next available date is Monday of next week. Tried to schedule a pick up but it says I won’t be able to pick it up until Tuesday, the day after the 4th attempt!? Do yourself a favor and just go with FedEx or USPS

Some idiot delivered my package to the wrong address, I lived in Jersey City and they delivered it to Secaucus thinking everything was done correctly. Tried to communicate with the customer service but they keep on saying that it was “already delivered”. Like y’all think I’m responsible for your dumb mistake????

I would have given a negative -120 if I could. Lost another package again. This is the 3rd one in a year. No explanation and investigation takes 7 days. I needed this for this Saturday but again they lost it. Time to stop using UPS as a shipper. Sacaucus is the worst. Fire all employees and hire new. Nov 157:32 PMSecaucus, NJArrived at Facility Was supposed to be delivered Nov 17. Still has not been delivered or found. You suck big time

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at UPS Meadowlands in Secaucus, NJ. The customer service was abysmal, especially from the staff member on duty at 5:30 PM on 11/10/23. Not only was he unhelpful, but it seemed like he was more focused on avoiding his responsibilities than assisting customers.This level of service is unacceptable, and it's disheartening to see such a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise looking for alternative shipping options to avoid the headache I encountered. This guys a total knock off UPS employee.

An unacceptable, reprehensible receptionist, a short bald elderly white gentleman, was engaged in an extended conversation with another individual. Despite being signaled multiple times by the person he was speaking with to assist me, he disregarded those cues and persisted in discussing business advice with a person who seemed to be a police officer. This level of service is unacceptable. While personal conversations can occasionally be engaging, it is essential to prioritize one's job responsibilities. Ignoring two reminders to fulfill one's duty raises concerns about professionalism. I didn't assert myself in the situation as a benefit of the doubt of the potential for the police to be discussing duty related matters.

I had the same issues as everyone mentioned below.Drive came, couldn't find us home. (FYI: We are in 2023, maybe let your driver to call the customer? ) I was home.Later I talked to customer service, they said they will be holding the package for pick up.I went there next day, but guess what? It wasnt there. They decided to deliver the next day. Let's see if they will be able to find us home.Thanks to AMAZON delivery, we have a alternative way to shop.
