Went in on a Saturday and was helped immediately by Diana. She was absolutely wonderful in helping me trade in a phone and be added onto my fiancée’s account. Diana was a great help and I will be back for future purchases.

Need a new camera protector for my iPhone. I came here on Monday the guy went in the back and came out saying their shipment didn’t arrive yet but I should come back later for it. However, I waited 3 days to come back and I’m told they don’t carry this item. I told her that the guy told me Monday otherwise. Literally never coming to this location they’re never helpful or have anything smh.

I bought an iPhone 13 from them for 9 months, and now I continue to pay for it. It stopped working and they didn't help me. They sent me to the Apple store. But I keep paying for their line, but the phone doesn't work. I am very dissatisfied with them!!

Has anybody here ever have an issue with returned device then Verizon provided improper return tracking number and after it insisted that they did not receive device and did not have any proof that device was returned even we provided a return tracking number? With proper receipts and all ! I have been going though hell since Sept I have to constantly call them every month that the bill has not been fixed - they claim they fix the issue and put a bandaid by give credits for a few months then boom the bill goes back without my returned phone credit that I have proof from UPS that it was delivered to their Fort Worth Texas location. This is utter most horrific experience of customer service u have ever experienced. I will never buy a VerizonVerizonWireless Werwireless product again !
