Update Oct 1st:
I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

“I’ve been going to Euro Auto Masters for the past two years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. They specialize in luxury and German vehicles, and that really makes a difference. There are a lot of repairs and issues that your average mechanic either doesn’t have the equipment for or simply doesn’t have the experience to properly diagnose and fix. These guys do.
The best way I can describe it is that it feels like going to the dealership without having to pay dealership prices. They know these cars inside and out, they take the time to explain what’s going on, and I’ve always felt like they were being honest with me about what actually needed to be done.
Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely funny, which makes dealing with car problems a lot less stressful. I also have to give a special shoutout to Mariana at the front desk. She is absolutely amazing. She’s beautiful, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and always available when I have a question. What really stands out is that she actually follows up after the repair to make sure I’m satisfied and that the car is still driving smoothly. That kind of customer service is rare these days.

“I wanted to write this review to say what a great guy Mike the owner is. I went there with my Infiniti QX60 do to a sound I was hearing in the engine. He went for a test drive with me and gave me his honest professional opinion, then proceeded to help me see if I had a warranty so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. I did through Infiniti. He did try to scam me or take any money from me in fact he was a genuinely nice guy who did nothing but help me and saved me thousands of dollars. Great guy!!!”
