“Brought my car for a tire change after catching a flat. They also changed my windshield wipers which was pretty cheap $20 each. Convenient store hours and easy to land an appointment. Reasonable priced and service was a little long for tire change but can’t beat the price for tire and installation!”

They helped source a part that isn’t readily available and they were very open to work on a 30 year old classic vehicle. Update Oct 1st:
I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

“I went to 3 different transmission shops before deciding on this shop! I'll start with this: the difference in price from this shop to the highest quote I got was $6,145. The difference in price to the second shop was $2,400! Needless to say, this shop is very affordable! Second, Mike (I believe is the owner) great communication, flexibility, explanation of everything and accommodating. Sean (I think this is how you spell it), the mechanic was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, gave his professional opinion and advised us on what to do as far as caring for the transmission going forward. “From start to finish I had a great experience with all of the employees at Bimmer Hub. I felt that they recommended repairs based on actual testing and not just assuming its the most common cause of that symptom. Additionally I feel that they recognize the value of their work and the benefit of good costumer service. I didn't feel that they tried to upsell me any necessary repairs and they documented/photographed the reasons behind their recommendations. Also have to find out what car wash they use because I don't think my car has ever been that clean after going through the automatic wash.”

“I have been buying cars for more than 50 years. This is the first time that I purchased from Toms Ford. I have to say that they are one of the finest dealerships that I have ever dealt with. From the time that I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. I was looking for a specific car and trim package. Toms Ford had one in transit (most of the local dealerships did not) and agreed to hold it for me with a $500 deposit despite the fact that I was leaving the country for 4 weeks. They called me when I was overseas and said they would hold it till I returned. While I was away, we began the paperwork, and upon my return, I picked up the car. Everyone I dealt with, my salesperson Jazmin, the Sales Manager, John Luberto, and the credit manager, Aarman, was a pleasure to deal with and made the transaction smooth. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend Toms Ford to all my friends.
I recently received a recall notice. I called Tom's Ford and they se me up with a mobile service. It was easy to set up the appointment for a specific time. Thirty minutes before the scheduled appointment, the technician called me to tell me that he was on his way. He arrived on time and took care of the recall. He was polite and kept me informed. After he returned to Tom's Ford, I received a call telling me that they were completing the paperwork and would mail me a copy. Great do deal with.
I just did my 10,000 mile service. The appointment was easy to set up. I sent up a 7:00 AM service and waited for the car. The waiting are was clean and comfortable. There was free coffee. My car was done in less than an hour.”

I needed to get the AC in my car fixed and was told somewhere else that it was my compressor and it would’ve cost me $1200 for the part not including labor. I ended up coming here turns out it wasn’t my compressor at all just an old relay and I paid a 50% fraction. Always get a second opinion and ask why when quoted for something.
