From the moment I brought my car in, Chuckie was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle. He was honest about what needed to be repaired and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.
What impressed me the most was how quickly the work was completed. I was expecting to be without my car much longer, but they had everything finished faster than I expected while still doing top-quality work. They kept me fully in the loop of the process. “So went to MP for a basic brake & rotor job. He realized I misplaced the wheel lock key & was ready to go above & beyond to help me find it & even reach out to people to replace it. Luckily he found it & all was well but that’s the type of person he is & job he does. Above & beyond service& work. Will be my shop until he puts down the tools.”
“Well there are not enough rating stars to describe what you get when you bring your car to Cars Unlimited… I first found them about 35 years ago when I worked for Amtrak and all our vehicles both company and private were bought there for maintenance and repair…. After a few new cars that I bought and most of the m&r was being done by the dealerships(at typical high costs) …those cars aged and issues started coming.. I remembered Chris and his dad and the rest of the crew and started taking the cars back to them and have never been let down…Great people with a ton of knowledge in the bays (at totally fair prices) The best by far !!”

“Shortly before a long road trip, I took my car in to be checked out to make sure it didn’t need any major work before a 2,500 mile trip. It turned out that it needed quite a bit of work done, approximately $8,400.00 worth. They did the work up to specs, and the car rode like a charm!

“First time here. Dropped the car off and used they key drop box on a Sunday. They were able to get me in and checked out on Monday, even with the shop busy.
Parts were ordered, and we were able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. Diagnosed properly, and the price was reasonable.

“I had the guys at Jersey Car Care look at a used car that I recently purchased when I discovered the previous owner had done shoddy exhaust work, which left the exhaust hanging off the car with no hangers, and did a horrible job with a muffler delete, which left it looking disgusting. I contacted them for an appointment, showed up, and explained what my options were. I decided to basically have the exhaust system rebuilt. When the job was completed, the exhaust didn't look like someone's shop project gone wrong anymore and it also sounded much better than I expected. For anyone wanting repairs done and even custom work done, which is basically what I had done, I'd definitely go here.”
