“I would like to leave a review for anyone who may be interested going to this shop. I first visited the establishment on Monday the 3rd of November to speak to them about some concerns with my car. My check engine light was on and my window regulator was broken. They were nice enough on that first day to reset my check engine light as when I went to AutoZone they never reset it. wound up actually saving myself some money and found it was my gas cap that was the issue from getting gas earlier in the week. Setup an appointment for the 7th of November for my window regulator and everyone from Sue the receptionist to the incredible staff including Chuck - all treat you like your part of the family. They work with you and not against you. The pricing was affordable as they were willing to work with me. and the time it took for the repair actually went rather quickly. 10/10 recommendation to bring your vehicle's there for your repair. “Well there are not enough rating stars to describe what you get when you bring your car to Cars Unlimited… I first found them about 35 years ago when I worked for Amtrak and all our vehicles both company and private were bought there for maintenance and repair…. After a few new cars that I bought and most of the m&r was being done by the dealerships(at typical high costs) …those cars aged and issues started coming.. I remembered Chris and his dad and the rest of the crew and started taking the cars back to them and have never been let down…Great people with a ton of knowledge in the bays (at totally fair prices) The best by far !!”

“Came by on Thursday afternoon because or another nail in my tire but they were closing up for the day went down to mavis worst customer service ever didnt even check my problem and they said witout looking i need to disconnect my trailer so they can put it in on a lift. I had the same problem a few weeks ago went to you guys same scenario, tect told me well take care of it. 10 minute's later all fixed even for the busy shop they are and no plug needed, but don't want to pull the nail or screw out when im not near home to lose my air in the tire. Very helpful staff,I'd rather u guys work on all my tire needs.”
“First time here. Dropped the car off and used they key drop box on a Sunday. They were able to get me in and checked out on Monday, even with the shop busy.
Parts were ordered, and we were able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. Diagnosed properly, and the price was reasonable.

“I had the guys at Jersey Car Care look at a used car that I recently purchased when I discovered the previous owner had done shoddy exhaust work, which left the exhaust hanging off the car with no hangers, and did a horrible job with a muffler delete, which left it looking disgusting. I contacted them for an appointment, showed up, and explained what my options were. I decided to basically have the exhaust system rebuilt. When the job was completed, the exhaust didn't look like someone's shop project gone wrong anymore and it also sounded much better than I expected. For anyone wanting repairs done and even custom work done, which is basically what I had done, I'd definitely go here.”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would. Actually, let’s make it 7.
So there I was, a modern damsel in distress — stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire, 2% battery life, and enough panic in my system to power a small city. Cue the dramatic music and the slow descent into chaos.
I called the shop with the urgency of someone who had just seen a raccoon steal her last slice of pizza. I was flustered, borderline incoherent, and fully prepared to cry (not for sympathy, but for lack of better coping skills).
To their eternal credit, the staff answered the phone like they were expecting my meltdown. Calm. Cool. Professional. I could almost hear them mentally patting me on the back like, “You’re doing great, sweetie.”
They came to me. Let me repeat that: They. Came. To. Me. Like roadside angels with a torque wrench. Within minutes, a technician pulled up who looked like he had fixed a thousand flats and calmed a thousand chaotic souls like mine. He didn’t flinch at my wild gesturing or my half-yelled explanations that may or may not have included the phrase “I’m basically on the Oregon Trail and I’ve lost the oxen.”
Not only did he fix the tire quickly and efficiently, he checked the others “just to be safe” and somehow managed to make me laugh while doing it. A true magician.
The entire experience went from “I might die here” to “Wow, I should send these people a fruit basket.” Their professionalism, kindness, and humor were beyond anything I expected — and honestly, better than some therapy sessions I’ve paid for.
If you're looking for a tire shop that knows their stuff and knows how to deal with frantic humans in distress with grace and good humor — look no further. These folks are the real deal.
P.S. My phone died immediately after the service. Coincidence? Or did they have a sixth sense that I needed saving in more ways than one?
