“I went to Verizon with a major phone issue. All I wanted to do was get my phone fixed or replaced. Jake wss great with the whole process. He explained my several options and I ended up upgrading my phone & getting a 5th phone. All of this without paying more than I was already paying before I walked in! He transferred my old phone apps, information, etc to my new phone and had it all set up for me within 45 minutes (I had a ton of pictures/video to transfer). He made it very simple and painless!!!”

“I went to the kiosk in the Deptford Mall with the realistic expectation that my phone was gone. I had dropped it in the ocean and it was unsalvageable (or so I believed).
