“Last year I was unexpectedly diagnosed with a brain tumor and began taking meds. I was getting them at a big box pharmacy and every month there was an issue with my refill, causing me to miss doses of an important life-saving medication. No matter how much I tried to prevent it from happening, I’d end up struggling last minute, making a ton of calls (in tears) to my doctor and the pharmacy, usually missing doses. I finally switched to Crosskeys hoping to have a better experience working with a small, independent pharmacy. As soon as my first Rx was sent over I received an automated welcome call from an actual human. This time I cried tears of relief.
