“I’ve been using Kennedy Pharmacy for several years now. They are a hidden gem in the Rowan School of Medicine building.The entire staff is great. Gus, Ewa, Julie, Kayla and the 2 part time pharmacists they’ve had. They do good things in the community - raising funds to help people who have experienced a catastrophe, conducting vaccine clinics, etc.They fill orders quickly and reliably. There’s an app that you can use to communicate/chat with the pharmacy and they typically respond within minutes. They make the process very easy and convenient. They do NOT make any errors billing your insurance or worse, mislabelling your medication (I’m looking at you Walgreens on Chews Landing Road…)PS. Sometimes they have donuts and pretzels too!”

“I just started going to this pharmacy a few months ago. Everyone that works here including the pharmacist are so friendly and helpful. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to get my scripts filled, they even offer delivery for an extra $10 so you don't have to travel or if you're just sick and don't want to leave your house. They call me instead of an automated VM letting me know if one of my medications is due and that it has already been filled. One really important factor here they are non-judgmental, meaning many times if you are on certain medications the pharmacist and their helpers will treat you like a druggie or even like a shoplifter I have never been treated this way and have always been given the utmost respect when there.. definitely worth the 35 minute drive for me.. but now I use the delivery service too!”

“Bertolino’s pharmacy is the greatest. The employees are so sweet, happy, knowledgable, and treat you like you are family. Tom, the pharmacist is the so friendly, never hesitates to accommodate your needs. If he don’t have something he will get it for you quickly. Anytime you have a question about prescriptions or over the counter medications, Tom is extremely helpful, knowledgable and never rushes you. He answers any questions and/or concerns you may have. Others are so right, five stars doesn’t even come close to rating Bertolino’s. They deserve way more. Friendly, clean and helpful. Great atmosphere and has from soup to nuts. Great pharmacy. “Im not a patient yet… but calling Kress today about switching to a small family owned pharmacy has put my mind at ease. I’ve always gone to CVS and always got the run around and the lady I spoke to really helped me today! She gave me reassurance that she didn’t need to give me. I suffer with anxiety and unfortunately I had to look high and low to find someone who could help me with a certain generic brand (I had to call the actual manufacturer) and the pharmacist let me know they will sometimes not have the generic that works best for me (7 years) but it’s NOT going to be garbage like the one CVS gave me and told me “tough luck” and hung up. She didn’t have to tell me this but she did. She spoke to me with kindness and understanding even though I rambled on from “anxiety babble” and didn’t know me. I can’t thank her enough and this pharmacy as a whole for easing my mind today. I can’t wait to see what else the store has to offer!Thank you for being so kind!Jennifer”

“Absolute life savers!!! My dad is nonverbal and lives in a completely different state. At the hospital over the weekend & unfortunately they changed his meds. Discharged Sunday afternoon & this pharmacy by EOD Monday.. picked up & redid all his pill packets. If anyone knows anything about pills and meds being change mid way thru pill packets, it’s incredible painful.
