“Great experience! Went in to have two tires replaced. Now that I’m tasked with taking care of the “car stuff”, after 35 years of my husband doing it, I was a little worried about being ripped off or being taken advantage of, as I’m totally clueless when it comes to all things cars😩 Mike was so nice, patient with my questions and gave me a fair price (According to some friends who know about this kind of stuff). He told me that the two other tires were OK and did not need to be replaced, so I appreciated that he didn’t try to push any services that weren’t needed. He told me the price before he did anything, and there were no extra charges or fees to surprise me when I picked up the car. It was so nice to leave there feeling I wasn’t taken advantage of and having had such a nice person to deal with. I’ll be going back there for my car servicing in a few months!”
“My downstream bank 1 sensor 2 location bun has rusted away, leaving an open hole in the exhaust.
Due to the catalytic converters already being removed. This served no purpose. It just had to be patched so fume didn't get into the cabin.
I felt it, a little odd that a simple little patch would cost me over $200.00.

“Odell is amazing! We had a nail in one of our tires. As some other reviewers have noted, calling is not a good option as Odell appears to always be in the shop fixing cars. So we drove to the shop. Odell dropped everything else and patched our tire in 5 minutes for $25! Also gave us some good tips about how long we can still use the tire. I wish all service providers were this trustworthy and efficient! Best service provider experience I have had in years!”

“I have been bringing my car to Keith for awhile now because of his knowledge and honesty. He is the most fair with prices as well. I never worry about anything with him. Yesterday my alarm system had issues and my car is very old and I am low on funds so was worried but Keith like always was so amazing. He really took the time to figure out the issue and in the end the problem was resolved and didn’t cost much. I was with another mechanic for 20 yrs and he moved to Florida and I was lost. “I had my wives 2022 explorer serviced here a few months ago. I searched all around for the best transmission shop and read alot of reviews.
I have to say I had a great experience at this shop and the work has stood up as being done correctly. I came in to have all the fluids (transmission and differential) serviced as a way if being preventative since me and my wife drive alot. The staff at Bay Ave Transmissions were open and honest about the work they were willing to perform and the scope of it. Work was completed on time and on budget. And they looked the whole vehicle over as well.
Transmissions are a tricky thing on a car. I now trust them to service all my cars Transmissions.”
