“Great experience! Went in to have two tires replaced. Now that I’m tasked with taking care of the “car stuff”, after 35 years of my husband doing it, I was a little worried about being ripped off or being taken advantage of, as I’m totally clueless when it comes to all things cars😩 Mike was so nice, patient with my questions and gave me a fair price (According to some friends who know about this kind of stuff). He told me that the two other tires were OK and did not need to be replaced, so I appreciated that he didn’t try to push any services that weren’t needed. He told me the price before he did anything, and there were no extra charges or fees to surprise me when I picked up the car. It was so nice to leave there feeling I wasn’t taken advantage of and having had such a nice person to deal with. I’ll be going back there for my car servicing in a few months!”
“Words can not express my gratitude to this location! I normally go to any car wash or fast oil change location based apon the convenience at that time. Today the mechanic pointed out my front tire was worn down so badly on the inside. The metal was showing! I had no idea! The vehicle was driving and handling completely normally. I commute on the parkway most days for work , and tomorrow I'm making
a 200 mile round trip to North Jersey. He probably saved my life! Thank you!!! They get 10 stars in my book!”
“I just wanted to share my experience at the Causeway Collision Center. Keith was outstanding and kept me updated daily about the time my car would take to be ready! Also Olivia, is wonderful. Helped me with any questions that I had and did whatever she could for me to make things easier. I highly recommend the collision center for all of your needs.”
“Causeway told me i needed brakes all around and rotors that would run me 2k, went to quality and was informed i only needed a brake flush. Staff was extremely accommodating and respectful, will be returning for future services.”
“Mike gives the exact answer to what's happening to your car; he doesn't fumble around. Plus, he's not a mercenary...I prefer to spend my money where I'm sure of the results: All that to say, Mike is the best”

“Brought in my 1969 Riverside Gold Corvette for a fix. Couldn’t be happier. This is a real find. If you’re looking for a great mechanic that you can trust, this is where to go.”
“I had my wives 2022 explorer serviced here a few months ago. I searched all around for the best transmission shop and read alot of reviews.
I have to say I had a great experience at this shop and the work has stood up as being done correctly. I came in to have all the fluids (transmission and differential) serviced as a way if being preventative since me and my wife drive alot. The staff at Bay Ave Transmissions were open and honest about the work they were willing to perform and the scope of it. Work was completed on time and on budget. And they looked the whole vehicle over as well.
Transmissions are a tricky thing on a car. I now trust them to service all my cars Transmissions.”
