Apple doesn't give back to their customers. They only know how to keep you in their loop without providing anything exciting at all. I hate their service. Overall they are loosing it.

We came to this store today looking to get a new phone and Apple Watch for my Mother in law. They were extremely accommodating and patient as we tried to find a good fit for my 90yo Mother in law who is not very tech savvy. Garcy was AMAZING, he was so kind and patient. He got us all set to go and made this a very seamless experience for us all. Thanks to Apple at Short Hills and to Garcy!

First time even with appointment, it takes forever to wait. Second time even just for pick up activities, it’s not prepared and another wait about an hour. Awful experience

The manager Edward and his associates Gabe and Alejandro are superb to say the least. They went above and beyond their duty to help me get back into Facebook after being locked out for an entire month. Edward set a perfect as a manager and made sure these guys helped although it’s a third party app. They listened to my issue and brain stormed the solution. I’m forever grateful to them! Thank you guys !!!

The store manager’s behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Instead of assisting me properly, the manager spoke in a dismissive tone and showed no willingness to help.

I ordered four iPhone 17 for my family and I and we went to the Apple Store at short Hills mall and they refuse to transfer everything from the old phones to the new phones. I was told we only service our customer in the moment so I don’t know what does that mean I’m going in with your products so I’m your customer The store manager, he should keep an eye on the employees who works on the floor, but anyway, I will never go back again horrible service

This Apple Store really needs to improve customer service. I scheduled an appointment for 11:35 AM, but no one even acknowledged me until 12:05 PM. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if no one is going to respect the time? It’s frustrating and defeats the whole purpose of making one.
I don’t recommend going to this Apple Store‼️

I had an appointment at 2:30 pm and when I came they asked me to sit. I end up waiting for another hour. Staff wasn’t friendly.

We went some other apple stores yesterday and finally we could find iphone 17 in this store. When we arrived there, firstly Brian welcomed us and directed to other collauges and managers of them who were Ed, Dylan and Luis. I want to thank them from here again for all they did for us without getting tired easily and friendly. They were the best Apple employee that I saw. Best wishes for them...

What a terrible experience at the Apple Store in Short Hills Mall, NJ. The person at the entrance was clearly overworked—trying to assist multiple customers a minute while also responding to staff questions. The store felt completely understaffed, and by the end of the day, his frustration was visible. Hard to believe that a company worth nearly $4 trillion and among the richest in the world can treat its customers with such disregard. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in my life. Too bad Google doesn’t allow zero stars.

The staff here is wonderful. The manager especially is super knowledgeable and when I went in for a confusing trade-in/gift card/refund problem, he was so friendly and efficient. I went in expecting to have to talk to 5 people and still have to call Apple customer service after, but the manager figured it all out right away.
