I was there with my friend about a week ago! We were just browsing. However, we had an awesome customer service experience. Ryan took the time to show us many bags & was very friendly, knowledgeable, & patient. Although we did not make a purchase, I will definitely be back to purchase & ask for Ryan.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! I originally came in to buy a fragrance but ended up learning so much about the brand — and left with my first Bottega bag, the Jodie. Ryan was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, taking the time to educate me on the brand’s DNA.
