βThis is my go to location for Canada Goose. The showroom may be smaller than other locations, but the service is much better. The store is very clean, and the staff are patient and genuinely attentive. They always bring out exactly what my wife and I are looking for along with additional similar options. Iβve shopped at other nearby locations and it simply doesnβt compare.β
βFive stars based on service. Ingrid was amazing both with how welcoming she was to the suggestions she made. I ended up going with the shoes she recommended! Courtesy water and champagne. I enjoyed shopping some of their collection although I wasn't prepared to buy anything more than what I came for.β

βI went in to get a sweater for myself to make my mother happy for this upcoming thanksgiving. I ended up getting two really nice sweaters and a nice button down and my mother bought a two dressed and this nice sweater. I want to shout out Julia for this one. She and my mother had a blast picking stuff out. She and my mother basically became best friends and Julia was so sweet and kind and knew the answer to everything. Shout out to her honestly.β
βWhen I returned 2 sweatshirts that my son purchased as quick UBER delivered gifts for his Gma and me, they were unfortunately two big for either of us...while I liked the merchandise that the stores carries (and my son owns several ALO items), I planned on returning the items upon my return from Orlando to NJ..I was almost afraid to return the items given the horrendous experiences that I read about how customers were treated when they tried to return items..however, my experience was nothing short of a pleasant experience. Vinny greeted me at the store entrance with a smile and directions to where I could return the items..upon reaching the counter, Min was the sweetest and expeditiously returned my items within seconds...now, to be clear about my return, I returned within the return time allotted per policy, the money was returned to the original form of purchase, tags on, not worn, not washed..etc. Thank you ALO, Short Hills, NJ.(Vinny and Min) for this positive experience. HNY and see u soon, this time for a purchase!β
βI went into this location despite the reviews. I shopped another location in the past and it was great. I had another great experience this time. Anaysia was kind, pleasant and attentive. She gave me a minute to look and when I asked my question she was ready to assist. Not only did she listen and get me measured. She nailed it on the on head with her first recommendation and she did not fail to provide others. Anaysia was awesome! Thank you Anaysia.β

βStopped in for our bi annual tights purchase and was very impressed. Valentina was unbelievably thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable. We shop at this location and Paramus and are always pleased with the products but this is the first time someone, Valentina, actually removed the tights from the packaging and showed us the difference in color and thickness. Iβll be back to the Short Hills location thanks to Valentina.β

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Michael Guo, and I can confidently say he made my entire shopping experience unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive β not just to what I was shopping for, but to me as a person. He offered me some drinks, made sure I was comfortable, and took the time to genuinely connect.
Michael helped me pick out a beautiful wallet (which I absolutely love!), and even followed up by sending me a pair of sunglasses I was interested in β stylish and practical, just like his taste! ?
Another team member also kindly offered me water and was very courteous, making the entire atmosphere in the store feel upscale yet welcoming.
